Our newly updated condo is one level on the 4th floor. This gives us nice balcony gulf views! Only steps from the beach by way of the boardwalk. The condo has a master with king bed and en suite bathroom and a secondary bedroom with a queen sized bed with twin bunk as well as its own hall bath. There is a roll-away twin in the closet as well. A queen sleeper sofa completes the 8 sleeping spaces. However, there is a pack-n-play for a very young guest! The Plantation Resort has a free WIFI and the TVs in each room have cable access. There are also books and games for the occasional rainy day. The Plantation Resort offers many amenities such as several outdoor pools, tennis courts, an indoor pool and hot tub, sauna, exercise room, and laundry room. There is a restaurant (The Island Grill) on property as well as the Kiva Grill. Kiva Dunes golf course is available to guests.

The Plantation is a resort property with several outdoor pools and other amenities. It tends to be quieter and family friendly. It is a non-smoking, no pets property.
Away from the hustle of downtown Gulf Shores, our place has a peaceful fun family atmosphere. Our condo is nicely positioned to have beautiful views from the balcony with the sounds of the ocean in the background! It can accommodate 6 people with its king and queen beds, and sleeper sofa -- but we think you will be spending most of your time out on the resort property taking advantage of all the activities it has to offer.
