The first floor condo in Building C at Sea Oats is directly across the street from the beach access boardwalk, so it's literally steps across the street and you are enjoying everything the Gulf has to offer.

The north-facing view from the balcony of the pool and Little Lagoon is spectacular. While you are here and if the timing is right you may get to see baby turtles hatching from their nests and journeying to the ocean! If you enjoy fishing, bring your gear for fishing at the Gulf or from Lagoon Pass. You will love the spacious 1064 square feet to spread out and enjoy your stay.

This is a freshly renovated condo with new carpeting, updated kitchen cabinets, and all new furniture throughout, along with a new 50-inch TV with cable in the living room. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds more room for guests. There is a full-size washer/dryer set for your convenience. Wireless internet is available in the unit.
This complex has 2 Olympic-size pools, a private boat launch, two fishing piers, and also a bbq/grill gazebo area for your enjoyment. There is boat trailer parking, so bring your boats/jet skis/kayaks for maximum fun. You will also have assigned covered parking under the building.

It's a great place to bring your family, friends, and pets and enjoy everything Gulf Shores has to offer. Sea Oats is a short drive down West Beach Boulevard away from the hustle and bustle of the high rises and crowds but has everything you need for a memorable vacation.

The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed and a large TV and a sliding door to the balcony. The adjoining bath is spacious with a full tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV and also has access to the balcony. The second bathroom is directly across the hall and also has a full tub/shower for your family or friends. The kitchen has all the amenities you need, including a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, a stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. You will feel like you are at home, and we know you will enjoy your stay here.
The condo comes furnished with bath towels, bed linens, and a starter supply of kitchen and bath soaps, as well as garbage bags. Bring your own beach towels.

If beaches are closed due to a Hurricane causing a mandatory evacuation, the renter will be reimbursed the per-day rate stated in the Vacation Property Rental Agreement not used minus booking fees.

25% of rental due at time of booking, the remaining due 60 days prior to arrival. ($200 refundable damage deposit assessed on second payment)

Pet policy: no more than 2 dogs under 25 lbs. allowed with a pet fee of $125 and owner approval.

Cleaning fee is $150.

Local lodging tax will also be applied to total rental.
3% fee assessed on payments made by Paypal or Venmo or bank-to-bank transactions.
