The Space -This roomy 1200 sq. ft. condo, on the 7th Floor, has two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and a half bathroom located in the hall for easy access. The spacious living room has a new sleeper sofa with a Foam mattress. Curl up on the sofa & love seat and enjoy Cable TV with Sirius Music or log into your personal Netflix account on the 55 inch Smart TV. The condo has porcelain tile floors, ship lap on the walls, and a fully stocked kitchen. A toddler table is also provided for your Lil Mermaids to read a book and enjoy.
Sanibel Condominiums has a fitness room & sauna and heated pool. Outdoor showers located on the ground floor, near the pool & parking garage.
High rise building is surrounded by beach cottages with beach in front and the lagoon in the rear of the building. The Lagoon Pass, a local favorite, is ideal for small children to play in a shallow area without the waves. Two new fishing piers in the rear of the building.
