Our top floor studio condo in the Gulf Shore Plantation Dunes has a wonderful beach view and is steps from a large outdoor pool and outdoor amenities. It is non-smoking. The studio is equipped with a queen size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. A large screen TV will vie for your attention with the lovely beach view from the balcony. Linens and towels are supplied but you should bring your own beach towels! In addition to cookware, dishes, and utensils, the kitchen has a microwave, blender, toaster, crockpot, and coffee maker. The Dunes is in a gated resort community. It offers a fitness/exercise center, sauna, indoor pool, steam room, two hot tubs, game room, restaurant, coin-operated laundry facilities, and a library complete with a variety of books and games. Outside are additional pools, tennis courts, horse shoes, and a golf course! We look forward to making this vacation your best yet. See you at the beach!
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 30 day (1 month) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. When you check in be sure to let us know if there are any issues or questions. Let us know if something is missing or has a problem so that you do not get charged for damages you did not cause. Your accidental damage insurance does NOT cover theft or intentional damage.
