This 3RD FLOOR unit has just been updated from top to bottom with new paint on every surface, upgrade kitchen and bathroom granite counters, new beds new living room/dining room furniture, and just all around upgrades for your comfort!

Gulf Shores Paradise...Wake up each morning to a fantastic view of the sunrise... dolphins...beautiful surf...beachfront HEATED pools and end each day with the gorgeous sunsets seen only at the beach. Looking East from the balcony you can see all the way to the Gulf Shores Pier...and it is quite spectacular at night time with the pretty lights. Pamper yourself as you sit on your private BEACHFRONT BALCONY off your first master suite or second master suite, as well as off the living room.

Enjoy a lovely view of Little Lagoon and a side view of the Gulf and beach from the second suite...balcony. Luxury linens! The beds are furnished with 450 or higher thread count Egyptian cotton linens, and brand new super comfortable high quality mattresses. First Master suite with king size (firm mattress) bed, 50" LG TV/DVD...so you can really relax after a fun day on the beach. We have French doors leading to your beachfront balcony from this bedroom. Second suite has new king size bed (extra firm), 50" LG TV. there is an attached bathroom with shower/tub combo...and also a private balcony with French doors. You can sit and see the beach and the Gulf or see the street and the Little Lagoon...because the balcony is on the east side as well as the north side of the building.

Third bedroom has new queen size bed (medium) and 42”LG TV. Each suite has it's own attached bathroom and clothes closet for your convenience and complete privacy. Third suite also has attached bathroom New June 2019 Sleeper sofa in the living room and 65" FLAT SCREEN VIZIO TV

Kitchen has been updated with new granite countertops & backsplash. All appliances are included ,microwave, stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator fully stocked with dishes & cookware . Full size WASHER/DRYER unit in the kitchen closet for your use.

Just bring your beach towels, sunglasses & sunscreen! We have 4 sand chairs and an umbrella for you to carry to the beach to use if you wish. Please bring them back up to the condo every day. If they are lost or stolen you will be responsible to pay for them.

You’ll need a $30 parking pass (up to 14 days) ($40 up to 30 days) per car per stay purchased from the parking attendant at the entry to complex. Each condo is allowed maximum 2 cars per unit.
