This truly is the best of both worlds. Sea Oats is located on West Beach in Gulf Shores only 3 miles west of the “T” at Highway 59. Away from the crowded beaches, yet minutes from the activity. Our complex is located on almost 8 acres of prime lagoon front property. Sea Oats offers a private deep-water boat launch and 50 boat slips, two fishing piers, gazebo and picnic area with grills. We also have our own private deeded beach access just a few steps away. You will find a boardwalk on both sides of the road with outdoor showers. If you’d rather sun at the pool, we offer two Olympic size pools and two smaller pools. Bring the boat and fishing rods!

Covered parking leads to the entrance way of the condo. However, you’ll also find additional parking for boats, jet skis or kayaks.

UNIT FEATURES:
This unit is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with over 1250 square feet. It also boasts a very large Balcony with panoramic views of the Lagoon to watch the breathtaking sunset. Both bedrooms and the living room open to the large, covered Balcony.

The master bedroom has a King Size bed with side tables and lamps. You will also find a private, spacious master bathroom. The master has its own flat panel HDTV with cable. The second bedroom contains two Double beds with side table and lamps. Directly across the hallway from the second bedroom, you will find the second full bath.

In the living room, the family will be quite comfortable watching cable on the large flat panel HDTV. Keep in touch with the rest of the world (if you choose) with wireless internet in the unit.

KITCHEN:
In our unit, you will find a Fully Equipped kitchen designed to meet your needs. There’s a full-size stainless refrigerator with ice maker, stainless flat top stove and dishwasher. You'll also find all the kitchen gadgets, utensils and spices to create a perfect family feast if you want. If a margarita is all you desire, you can make one of those instead since it’s always five o’clock here in our tropical beach paradise!

If you wear more than a bathing suit during your stay, we have full-size washer and dryer for your use.

All this for less! You’ll have more money to spend on the local area attractions.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:
This area is a “Golf Course Haven” for the avid golfer. There are ten signature golf courses in the local area. Had you rather “shop til you drop”? The renowned Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley is a short drive away with all your shopping needs at discount prices. The Wharf is even closer with boutique shops and restaurants. It also boasts the highest Ferris wheel in the South. The area also has the new OWA amusement park, water parks, miniature golf, go-karts, a family zoo, and some of the best restaurants along the Gulf coast. You can also bike to town on the designated biking/walking paths in town. Or relax fishing in the Gulf or Lagoon.

Or if you just want to relax and have some quiet time, you’ve got the most wonderful, peaceful, white sandy beaches along the Gulf! Come to paradise now. ENJOY!
