Enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation in our comfortable, affordable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2nd floor,Gulf front condo at Surfside Shores on family friendly West Beach. Our comfortably furnished balcony offers a beautiful view of the pool, the dunes and white sandy beach, and the Gulf of Mexico. It's just a quick walk to at least 3 restaurants, a souvenir shop, and a cute local grocery. Just 1 mile from The Hangout.
Our kitchen is fully outfitted with plenty of dinnerware and cookware if you choose to eat in or to enjoy a meal with a view from our balcony. The kitchen also has a full sized, front loading washer and dryer, range, microwave, refridgerator with ice-maker,dishwasher, and small appliances.
The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and love seat and a large screen TV with DVD player and lots of family friendly movies The master bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and TV with DVD player and 2 chests of drawers. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and TV with DVD player. Each bedroom has an adjoining bath. Both the living room and master bedroom have balcony access and great views via the large glass French doors.
We have tried to make our condo really comfortable and to provide everything you'll need for a fantastic vacation. We would LOVE to share our condo with you!!!

Although this condo does not meet all the ADA Accessibility Code requirements, our daughter uses a wheelchair and can access all the rooms in the condo except the master bath. There are no grab bars in either bath. Also, due to building codes for coastal property, there is about a 4 inch threshhold atboth sets of balcony doors.

There is a refundable $200 Damage Deposit due as soon as convenient after booking the condo.
This is promptly refunded after departure barring damages beyond normal wear and tear or excessive mess requiring extra cleaning costs.
Payment of Rental Total is due 3 weeks before arrival.
We prefer payment by check, money order or cashiers check but we can also accept card payments. There is an additional 2.9% convenience fee for card payment.
