This is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom beachfront condo directly overlooking the gorgeous white sandy beaches and ocean waves on the Gulf of Mexico.
Welcome to our Slice of Paradise Beach condo that we are so happy to share with you.... a beautiful Beach Front 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo directly on the private white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico. You will start unwinding and feeling the relaxation as soon you step inside when you see the oceans waves as soon as you step into the newly and beautifully decorated condo with a beachy island motif. You are so close to the ocean you can hear the soothing waves.
With new granite countertops the large kitchen is stocked with all the amenities as home, with a Blender, coffee maker, French press, keurig, coffee grinder, waffle maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, wine opener, beer opener too, even a lemon squeezer. You don't have to bring anything except your own food. If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of excellent restaurants close by, many within walking distance.
The living room has lots of comfortable seating - With a HUGE 65" 4K smart TV and blue ray DVD for all of your viewing desires. A sports watchers dream! Every bedroom also has a flatscreen tv and DVD player.
There are two King Master bedrooms with new King beds and bathrooms attached.
Another bedroom has a queen with another bathroom.
Also the sofa pulls out into yet another queen -
The enclosed sunroom has new wall to wall windows to overlook the beautiful panoramic ocean view. Don’t be mislead by it being an enclosed sunroom and you won’t get a balcony... open the windows and you are outside! That will be your favorite place! Sometimes you can even see the dolphins play as you sit and drink your morning cup of joe and hear the oceans waves!
Every window has a water view, Either the ocean or the lagoon, which is another beautiful view.
There is a pool for use by all guests, with a grill in the pool area for grilling your fresh catch of the day. ... or burger
This condo is 1 mile from The HangOut, home of The Hangout Fest, annual Shrimp festival , the Oyster Fest and many other festivals, concerts and events, also has live music nightly.
You can walk to restaurants, ride your bike on the new bike path or hop in the car and drive to Orange Beach or The Wharf for a concert, movie or shopping. You will always have plenty to do if you want or just rewind and relax and renew.
You will never want to leave this paradise! Your home away from home.

A 3 night minimum for all holiday bookings and summer - Unless we are filling in between other bookings. Always ask. I’m flexible
4th of July weekend is a 5 night minimum.
We do offer monthly winter rates... snowbird rates, from November - February/March that aren't reflective in the daily pricing- contact me if you want to book monthly rates.
Even though I have it set as strict for cancellations, I will cancel for a full refund minus the service fee up until 30 Days from arrival.
