Large gulf view deck with plenty of furniture to relax. We do have some beach toys and chairs for guests to use. There is a beach cart to help get all your fun things to the beach. Guests my be older than 25 unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
Cleaning fee is $130 in addition to the rental rate. Refundable damage deposit is $200.
We accept personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders. Currently we do not accept credit cards.
A $200 refundable deposit is due within 7 days of booking to confirm the reservation. 50% of the rental amounbt is due 60 days before the arrival date and the balance is due 30 days before the arrival date. 6% Alabama lodging tax applies.

We will be happy to provide recommendations from past visitors. For years, we have rented it through VRBO but, like many, have left VRBO because of their increase in fees to both the homeowner and the guests - and their efforts to eliminate any contact between the homeowner and guests.
