Description
Sea Oats is located in Gulf Shores, on the west end of the beach. The condo is only 3 miles west of the 'T' where Highway 59 meets the beach at the HANGOUT. Away from the crowded beaches, we are located in the quiet, laid back area of Gulf Shores, but just moments away from the heart of the activity including shopping, amusement parks, restaurants and golf.
Property features:
Our complex is located on almost 8 acres of prime lagoon front property. Sea oats offers a private boat launch and slips, 2 fishing piers, and picnic areas with grills. We also have our own private beach access just a very short walk from the unit. There are small outdoor showers on both sides of the road to rinse off the sand. If you’d rather sun at the pool, there are two Olympic size pools. Bring your boat and fishing rods or your kayaks! We have assigned covered parking for our unit, which can accommodate 2 vehicles. You will also find additional uncovered parking for cars, boats, jet skis and kayaks.
**UNIT FEATURES**
The unit is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with approximately 1100 square feet. It has a very large balcony with views of the lagoon to your left and the beach to your right. Both bedrooms and the living room open to the large covered balcony.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with one spacious closet. You will also find a large private master bathroom. The master has its own 55" HDTV with cable. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed. There is a 55" TV in that bedroom as well. Directly across the hallway from the second bedroom, you will find the second full bath.
LIVING ROOM:
In the living room, the family will be quite comfortable watching a big screen HDTV. We also offer wireless internet in the unit for your use.
KITCHEN:
In our unit, you will find a fully equipped kitchen. There is a full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove and dishwasher. You will also find everything you need to prepare meals when you choose to cook, including a slow cooker. We also have a blender to prepare your favorite frozen drinks as well as a Keurig coffee maker.
There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. We also provide laundry detergent for you to use if you prefer.
RENTAL INFORMATION:
This is a non-smoking unit, which includes the balcony!!
Must be 25 years of age to rent
Check-in after 3 P.M. and check-out at 09:30 A.M.
Three (3) night minimum stay
Small dogs (less than 25 lbs) considered with a non-refundable deposit.
