Bristol 1701 is our newest property in our rental program. This Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo is located at the highly sought after Beach Club Resort and Spa! Inside this beautiful and completely updated condo you are greeted a brand new kitchen with center island, high end appliances, a view from the kitchen window, a very spacious living area that has a flat screen tv, wrap around balcony, ample seating for entertainment, and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen comes full stocked with all cookware and utensils to create a culinary masterpiece for you and your family. In the Primary bedroom, you'll find a comfy king bed, flat screen tv, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first guest room has a king bed, flat screen tv, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second guest room has a queen bed, flat screen tv, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This condo also has a half bath for guests. This condo sleeps 8 guests comfortably.
Important Things to Note:
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
*You must sign a rental agreement after booking property. Name and ID must match name on reservation.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
Resort Amenities: * The Beach Club Resort & Spa do require an amenity wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor "club" pool, fitness center, game room, and kids’ activities at clubhouse. The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival. *The fee is per day, per condo (not per person).
Wristbands are NOT Required for the following Amenities: The use of the tower outdoor pool, hot tub and beach access. (You also have access to all the other tower pools and hot tubs). You have access to the poolside Cabana and Grill from the Boardwalk and do not need the wristbands to order food and drinks. Other activities that do not require wrist bands: Walking trails, activities court (basketball/shuffleboard), grills/picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery (ice cream shop), the food trucks at the Village Lawn (seasonal), and the Full-Service Spa or the Coast Restaurant (reservations recommended).

Vehicle Parking:
