The Rookery III is a quaint development of single family homes and has two swimming pools. This cottage is only 6 years old and is tastefully decorated and well furnished. Washer and dryer. The Coral Cottage is just across from the zero-entry swimming pool. WIFI, smart TV's with DISH network in living room and all 3 bedrooms. Screened porch, charcoal grill, firepit, and a wheelchair ramp.
Guest access
There is parking for up to 2 cars at the property. The property cleaning fee includes the parking fee that the HOA charges us.
