Open Plan Living, Dining and Kitchen, overlooks the furnished balcony of Polywood Table, Chairs & Cushioned Chaise loungers, The Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches! Amazing views all day long just outside our door!

401 Silver Beach includes Two King Bedrooms, a Bunk Bedroom with a Queen and XL Full Upper Bed and 2 full baths. Single level White Granite Breakfast Bar-Island, Granite Kitchen with Single Basin sink and Artisan White backsplash, Custom Dove Grey Cabinetry, Stainless Appliances, Glass Top Table, Custom Leather Sectional, Ottoman, Recliner and 4 Flat screen TV’s- Roku ready. Two Quartz Counter Baths with sliding glass enclosed shower (primary bath) and a sliding glass enclosed tub/shower surround (secondary bath). Specialty lighting, USB/Electrical extensions for your every device, An abundance of kitchenware for all your cooking and dining needs and a Laundry room with full size Stacked Washer and Dryer. The accommodations are like home!

Centrally located in Orange Beach on Perdido Beach Blvd. The area offers diverse and unique shopping, traditional fare, dining opportunities just across the street. Newly opened Coastal Alabama entertainment and dining venue - within walking distance. Cotton Bayou trails and bike path, nearby golfing, outlet shopping and marinas for all your water pleasures. Fly or Drive, we Just 45 minutes from Pensacola airport, 45 minutes from I-10 and easy access on the Beach Expressway. Area annual festivals and events include The Shrimp Festival, Mullet toss, Hang-Out festival, German Festival, Mardi Gras, OWA recreational and waterpark and Music Concerts at The Wharf and more!

Access to the beach is through the elevator or east stairwell. Gorgeous east side walkway to the beach provides direct access to the beach. Private Pool for our guests is located through secure gates at south side of the property. Other Building Amenities include BBQ grill, pet walk areas, waste stations and garbage rooms located on each floor. For those who wish to explore the beach at night – it’s great to bring your flashlights!

Please advise in booking your request to bring One Small Canine 20lb or less sized pet. HOA rules are strict. Prior approval is required. Photo, age, weight and breed along with vaccine/flea treatment records are to be provided before approval can be granted. Non-refundable pet fee is also required. Pet rules to be provided upon approval.

This condo unit and it’s balconies are a NON-smoking condo, this includes no vaping, drugs, or any type of tobacco product. Primary applicant and guest must be above the age of 25. There are no exceptions. Names and ages of all guests are required.

Please know various sliding doors and a window are still inoperable or broken from the Hurricane Sally 2020. Does not cause inability to access the balcony or obstruct views.
