Welcome to your home away from home. Relax at the beach or splash around in the shared outdoor pool then unwind in our spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with open floor plan.

Our unit will sleep 6 comfortably with two bedrooms. Main bedroom has a queen size bed and has ensuite full bathroom. Second bedroom has queen bed with twin trundle. Both bedrooms have smart TVs with cable. Sleeper sofa is also available in the living room.

We value the importance of family time creating memories. We have been blessed to have traveled with our son and experience different cultures. Our most memorable is always our time at the beach. We strive to keep our small piece of paradise as functional as possible yet provide a clean, fun, cozy and comfortable space for our guests. We want your time away from home to be memorable and our home is the perfect place for you to capture that moment.


Spacious condo with over 900 sq ft offers plenty of space for family. Relax on the furnished private balcony or snuggle up on the couch while watching a movie on a 55” smart TV or play cards, dice or board games with the family.

The kitchen offers all the essentials to prepare your home cooked meals from brand new cookware to new set of dinnerware. For coffee drinkers, you have the option to brew regular coffee or the simple use of Keurig machine.

Guests will receive a starter pack of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, travel size sized shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom. Linens are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Unit is on 1st floor and there are stairs. NO elevators. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Washer and dryer in the unit is available for a quick wash of your swimming trunks and bathing suit or if you choose to do laundry before heading home.

We hope you will fall in love with Gulf Shores as much as we did and we would like to earn your return trip back. We are new to sharing our home as a rental so we encourage positive feedback on areas we’ve missed.

Please note we have our home treated with pest control for both interior and exterior. However, Gulf Shores is tropical with high humidity therefore pest is impossible to keep out 100%. If you leave windows and doors open, it’s highly possible for pest to enter during your stay.

Our unit sleeps 6 and is fully furnished. Access to the white sands of Gulf Shores is across the street and just over a mile to restaurants and shops in downtown Gulf Shores. Family attractions are less than 7 miles away making this perfect place for your family getaway and explore what Gulf Shores has to offer.

A). HOUSE RULES: Have Fun but please treat our home with the care as you would at your home and abide by the following policies:

• Act like good neighbors with respect for property and other residence in the complex.

• You must be over the age of 25 years to book and a valid ID is required upon arrival.

• Early Check-In must be pre-approved. Check-in is at {PCHECKIN}. You will be notified if your condo is ready for early check-in.

• Late Check-out – Our condos must be cleaned and prepared for the next guest. Checkout is at {PCHECKOUT}. Late checkout will be subject to a fine of $50 per 30 minutes late. This will be withheld from the refundable deposit.

• The person who rents the unit must be on premises. We do not allow someone to rent or check in to the unit for another. This is enforced due to underage Spring Breakers.
• There ca NOT be any more than the allowed number of registered guests in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to an immediate removal of all guests without a refund. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit ({PMAXGUESTS})

• Do not exceed the maximum parking ({PXMAXVEHICLE}) unless approved by Management of {PXCOMPLEX} PARKING: All vehicles require a parking pass. The first pass is included in your rental rate. Additional passes are $25 per pass and are valid for the duration of your stay.


• No Parties or events allowed. Noise that can be heard beyond the home lot line or in adjacent units, or any illegal activity may occur in the home.
• QUIET TIME IS 10 PM UNTIL 8 AM NO EXCEPTIONS

• Disconnecting any device (Smart Lock, Nest, Minut and Blink system and Wi-Fi router) will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds already paid.

• No smoking in the unit or on the balcony or use of fire permitted in the unit. This includes the lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day or reservation if this rule is not followed

• No Pets of any kind are allowed. EXCEPT with prior approval. The Pet Addendum must be completed and additional fees will apply. Any evidence of unauthorized pet(s) will result in a $200.00 fine and may result in eviction without refunds.


• Please use common courtesy at the home by keeping it clean, reporting any problems or damage as soon as they occur, returning anything removed from home to its proper place back in home, not re-arranging furniture, and removing all foodstuffs and trash from home and into dumpster outside upon departure. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guests you will be liable for the costs.

• Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Guest must report any damages within 24 hours of check-in or may be charged. SPECIAL NOTE: Sofa sleepers are for SLEEPING – do NOT allow guests/children to jump on sofa sleepers and beds. Please no wet bottoms on the sofa, loveseat and beds. These are checked after EVERY guest. Additional charges may be assessed for damage (including mattresses, mechanisms or frames).

• Supplies: Owners will supply a starter set of following items to assist you with your stay. Any other supplies needed are the responsibility of the Guest. Starter set include 1 paper towel, dishwashing detergent, 1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom Guests use these items at their own risk.

• Other non-perishable food items or supplies may be left from prior guests (such as coffee, coffee filters, lotion, shampoo, toothpaste, sunscreen, bug spray, etc). Guests use these items at their own risk.

• Please do not wash any items in the washing machine covered in sand or use sink to rinse. This will clog the drainage system to our unit.


• For your security and protection, the property is equipped with an exterior camera.

• Please contact us if there are any issues that come up during your stay and allow us the opportunity to make it right
• Storm Policy: If there is a tropical storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given UNLESS the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warnings area. We will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten the stay or come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted.
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled during the “Hurricane Warning” period. The parties agree to the terms of this rental agreement as evidenced by the signatures set forth below, or by payment in full and arrival at the rental property if a signed agreement is not returned.

• If at any time, Guest breaks these rules, Owner reserves the right to evict guest and any occupants immediately with no refund for the balance of the remaining reservation.

• Rates subject to change up until time of booking.
