Description

Our quiet beach front condo is located on the 5th floor right off elevators with large balcony offering panoramic views of the white sandy beaches and the bay. We offer luggage carts and covered drop off. It is professionally decorated with beautiful hand painted furniture and various beach theme rooms. The condo features cozy and clean furniture, lots of seating, large TV in living room. Master has smart TV and 2nd guest bedroom has smart TV as well. Master has comfortable king bed and access to balcony. 2 other bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds. We have a fully stocked kitchen with coffee pot and Keurig. Bathrooms are tub/shower.

Amenities: We leave a pickle ball set for 4. We have 4 pools, 1 indoor heated, hot tubs, sauna, water sport activities and beach chair rentals (Mid March to Oct), basketball/volleyball/tennis courts, putting green, shuffleboard (bring equipment. please), covered drop off, On Site restaurant, Sassy Bass and Kiva Dunes next door (amazing breakfast also served), on site laundry: app gives $5 and notifies when laundry is done, beach chair rentals available, 2 elevators, luggage carts. We also have a fitness room. Our place is centrally located to several top restaurants on the peninsula: 3 Sassy Bass restaurants, one in our building. Tacky Jacks at the Marina, Beach Club restaurants and food trucks, live music and food trucks 1 mile down at the Sassy Bass and small grocery store, and a brand new Jessies 2 minutes from us. We are 19 miles to The Hang Out on Gulf Shores Blvd and close to Foley for great shopping and eating as well!

Guest towels are for bath use only. Please bring beach/pool towels.

Guests will enjoy fishing, or exploring the beach with tons of seashells and a nature reserve close by offering quiet tranquil walks. Fort Morgan is nearby and is worth exploring to check out a bit of history. We can score large seashells in this area often and enjoy our shell hunts. Fishing from the new Pier is exceptional.
We are close to so many various activities for all ages: Fishing Marina (I have contacts upon request), water parks, nature walks, ferry rides to Dauphin Island, a zoo, go-carts, food trucks, etc.

We are under 24 hour security and the property grounds are highly maintained for exceptional beauty. There is something for every age group and we really enjoy being able to stop in one of the on site restaurants and grab a delicious bite to eat or a great drink and enjoy the spectacular views everywhere!

-Put all amenity passes back in bag for next guests. ($35 replacement fee)

-No smoking inside or on balcony. There are areas marked outside.

-No large gatherings or loud music.

-AC: It is important to not leave sliding doors open while running AC as it may cause unit to freeze up and damage it. Please turn air off if doors are open.
-Throw garbage in waste baskets including feminine products. Please only throw toilet paper in toilets.

-Please wash all sand off before entering building and condo in the outdoor showers.
Sand clogs drains quickly. Clean any sand in garbage only if it comes into condo.

-Please be mindful when using sunscreen especially the sprays, they can stain furniture and make floors slippery.

-NO pets unless medical assistance is required. Our complex is no pets. Please communicate with owner if pet is required.

-Bath Towels cannot be used for beach or pool. Please plan to bring for your use.

-Towels cannot be hung on balcony railings. They can be left on balcony, however. We also have several hooks throughout the unit.

-HOA requires our guests to be 23 years old to rent. Message me for details and how I can serve you better in this situation.

CHECK OUT: empty trash down hallway chute, load and start dishwasher, clean out fridge, check for passes to go back to avoid those fees.

*Follow all complex rules. Quiet times between 11pm-7am, no loud music. No extra guests unless approved at $25 pp/pn.

**The cameras outside the door and around the complex help to keep each guest safe and protect property. Security is available 24/7 if a need arises.

Parking is $35/vehicle. (max 3 for 3br units) Once you book, you can click this link and register.
You will stop at guard shack right past Kiva Dunes Golf Resort and give them your paper. Upon booking, I will send a form to print and check-in is easy with this in hand. Code will be sent for door entry within 1-2 days of your stay because we likely have other guests. Always feel free to text, email, or call me as needed.
