CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be a $50 nonrefundable booking fee for any cancellations prior to check-in, 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date, and 100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.

ALLOWED OCCUPANCY: The unit capacity is restricted to six persons (including children). THERE MUST BE AN ADULT IN THE UNIT. We strive for a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of everyone at the resort. The adult renting the unit is responsible for the conduct of persons staying or visiting the unit.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony. This includes no vaping and no ENDS of any type.
NO PETS: Pets are not allowed in or on the condominium premises.
PARKING: Vehicle parking is located in the parking lot in front of the complex. A $35.00 online vehicle registration fee is charged prior to entering the complex. A link to purchase will be included in your check-in packet.
TELEPHONES: There is no landline in this unit.
KEYS: There is a keyless entry on the front door. A key code will be sent prior to check-in.
LINENS: Sheets, bath linens, and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper are provided when you arrive. Coin/Card Washers and dryers are located on the ground floor of the building. Please bring your own beach towels, as towels cannot be removed from the unit.
