We bought this property preconstruction 22 years ago. It was our favorite vacation spot. Living only 300 miles away we go down regularly to keep the property in tip top shape. I am always available for any questions or problems you may have.

Awesome location & Apartment
Awesome location and apartment. One of the best places I've stayed at. Really close to the beach, white sand is just perfect. Walking distance to grocery stores with good delis. Great host who communicated with me everything we needed to know. 10 out of 5 =)

Wonderful
The condo is beautiful with amazing views. Gloria made my family feel so welcomed. She checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Amazing experience. The best we have had so far. We will definitely be back.

Great escape
This was our 4th time staying in this beautiful condo! It is nothing short of amazing!! We enjoyed the breathtaking views every morning from the spacious balcony. Gloria is the BEST!! She has thought of everything!! From the fully stocked kitchen to the extra beach essentials. And Joy always makes sure everything is clean and tidy! This condo is in the perfect location! Everything you need is directly across the street. If we ever have an issue, Gloria always makes sure it’s resolved promptly. We absolutely love this place and can’t wait to return! Thanks again, Gloria, for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Awesome Beach Condo
Absolutely love this beautiful condo. Been going for several years. It is the perfect ocean view. Always feel safe and confident that Gloria and Joy will take care of any issues I have. They are the best to work with. Amazing ladies. I love not having to pay all the extra fees. Plan on coming back next year..

Great vacation!
The condo was exactly as we remembered it from our 2 previous visits.
The location is wonderful and the condo is stocked with everything we could ask for.
The beach is beautiful and the walking trails are so convenient. Gloria went out of her way to reach out to us during our stay. Offering suggestions on places to visit and restaurants to try. She truly is great to work with!

Fantastic
We found unit 603 very clean and well maintained the view was awesome. The area around was great for our shopping needs for supplies as well as souvenirs. We liked it so much have already booked for next year.
