This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, beachfront, corner unit has recently been renovated and upgraded with custom tile walk-in showers in all ensuites and new furniture in all the bedrooms. The primary bedroom is perfect for relaxation with a large king bed, balcony access, window seat, and spa-like bathroom, featuring a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The first guest room has a queen bed, flat-screen tv, and private ensuite. The second guest room has a queen bed, flat-screen tv, and is situated right next to the hallway bathroom. The third guest room has a queen bed, flat-screen tv, and a private ensuite. With the pull-out sofa in the living room, this unit can sleep up to 10. The second floor balcony provides an eyeline view of the most beautiful sunsets in Fort Morgan.
This unit is truly perfect for large family feast, with its gourmet kitchen and large dining area, this luxurious property is sure to keep you and your family coming back year after year! Since this is a 2nd-floor unit, the stairwell is very close to the doorway entrance, therefore it has easy access without elevator usage. Important Things to Note:
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
*You must sign a rental agreement after booking property. Name and ID must match name on reservation.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
Resort Amenities: * The Beach Club Resort & Spa do require an amenity wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor "club" pool, fitness center, game room, and kids’ activities at clubhouse. The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival. *The fee is per day, per condo (not per person).
Wristbands are NOT Required for the following Amenities: The use of the tower outdoor pool, hot tub and beach access. (You also have access to all the other tower pools and hot tubs). You have access to the poolside Cabana and Grill from the Boardwalk and do not need the wristbands to order food and drinks. Other activities that do not require wrist bands: Walking trails, activities court (basketball/shuffleboard), grills/picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery (ice cream shop), the food trucks at the Village Lawn (seasonal), and the Full-Service Spa or the Coast Restaurant (reservations recommended).

Vehicle Parking:
Parking passes are required and will be issued upon arrival at security. Parking passes cost $40.00 per vehicle and two (2) parking passes have been paid with your reservation. If you need additional passes please let us know in advance. They must be purchased prior to arrival through Beach Life Vacation Rentals.
Starting JUNE 1st
Beach Club Resort and Spa is implementing vehicle registration fees for guests arriving ON or AFTER June 1st, 2023. The fee will be $40.00 per vehicle per stay and day passes for visitors will be $7.00 per vehicle per day. More details about the registration process and parking passes will be delivered via text alert with updates to guests staying on or after June 1st. As of 04/03/23, this registration fee does NOT apply to guests currently staying or arriving before June 1st, 2023

We had a wonderful time staying at The Beach Club Avalon 201. Even though not all amenities were open yet due to Covid-19 we still had a great time enjoying the beach. The condo was very spacious.
Angela was wonderful to work with booking our stay and answering any questions we had after we arrived.
Be sure you give her a call. You will not be sorry!!!

We spent a week in Avalon 201 over the 4th of July. It was clean and well stocked for our vacation. We loved being on a lower floor so that we could take the elevator to and from the beach without waiting in line for elevators. It was also wonderful that each room had its own bath. We would definitely stay here again!

Avalon 201 was perfect for our large family!
My 77 year-old Mother, who is recovering from a stroke, loved being able to get away from everything in the Master bedroom’s recliners. There was plenty of room for Friends, who weren’t staying at the Beach Club, to visit for dinner in one night. The pools were clean, and the kids loved snow cones onsite one day and the food trucks at night.
We had a great time and especially appreciated Angela’s help! Her hands-on assistance was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in A201. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all of the things we needed to cook. The condo itself was perfect for a family vacation with two small children. We would definitely rent again!

We'd stayed in a similar floorplan before, so we knew what we were reserving. We like A0201 and would certainly book this unit again. The new, extra large TV was great. Angela Schoolmann almost immediately answered the few minor questions we had. Great experience.
