Description
Located on beautiful Smith Lake on the Jasper side, is a gated community, Duncan Bridge Resort. We use this unit for our family, so it is fully stocked. From spices, coffee, and common condements in the kitchen, to laundry detergent and toiletries. Enjoy the breathtaking view from the balcony while sipping coffee or having a glass of your favorite wine or cocktail. I am reachable most of the time for any questions or concerns. I do live over an hour away from property. There are some great local restaurants, Cujo's Pizza and Arley coffee Shop, but closed on Sundays. Grocery and Dollar General 4 miles away and City of Jasper with Walmart, fast food, and shopping is just 12 miles.

Great Place!
This condo is very nice! Plenty of room and everything worked perfectly. The place was exactly as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the unit was very roomy. You will need to work it out if you have a boat because the owner uses the boat slip for this unit. We were able to use an empty one while we were there but on busy weekends, I'm not sure there would be any.

Great condo facing a lake, quiet and serene with plenty of space for 8. Kristy is a very gracious hostess and we truly enjoyed our weekend stay.
