Sunsation Cottage is a private cottage located in a newer development across the street from the beach. We sit nestled between the Gulf & Little Lagoon. It has an open kitchen & living area downstairs with a full bathroom & full-sized washer & dryer available for guests. The upstairs offers 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each bed has memory foam mattresses to help you sleep better while you’re here! Free covered parking under the cottage for guests.
Sunsation Cottage is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 4 full bathrooms with custom tile showers. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs...all you need to bring is the food! It offers stainless steel appliances & ample granite countertops. The kitchen table sits 6 comfortably with 4 extra stools at the island bar. The living room is open & offers a sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. A Blue-Ray/DVD player for your movie needs along with cable tv. The tv in the living room is a smart tv so you can access your own Netflix, Amazon, or other online movie streams. There is also a full sized washer & dryer downstairs for you to use. Along with a full bathroom with a shower/tub. You’ll also find views of Little Lagoon out the living room windows & on the porch.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with custom tile showers. Each bed has memory foam mattresses for your added comfort. The first bedroom offers a queen bed with a natural sea grass mat headboard. A smart tv. A small closet. The bathroom offers plenty of storage & a walk-in tile shower. You’ll have limited views of Little Lagoon out the window. The second bedroom offers a queen bed in corals & white. A smart tv. A small closet. The bathroom has a shower/tub. You’ll have limited views of the pool. The third bedroom is the bunk room. It is a twin over a full with a twin trundle. A smart tv. A small closet. The bathroom has a shower/tub.
There is plenty of covered parking under the cottage for guests...probably 2-4 vehicles depending on their sizes. All vehicles must be parked under the cottage, there is no extra parking around the complex. No trailers allowed in the complex! Guests have access to the whole cottage except the owners closet located in the downstairs bathroom. I am available through email anytime.
Snowbirds are welcomed during November through February! Message for monthly rates.
We are located less than 3 miles from The Hangout & the heart of Gulf Shores. You have direct access to the new Lagoon Pass Park. You can walk or ride bikes along the boardwalk down to the new fishing pier built March of 2019 & the beach access. There’s also a community pool available for you to use during your stay.

Perfect Yet Again
This was our second stay at Sunsation Cottage and it was just as great as our first. The Cottage has everything that is needed, was very clean, and wonderfully decorated. We had a great time, thank you!

Beautiful retreat!
Beach access is a short walk away and a walk out on the pier is a must to watch a beautiful sunset. Jackie’s home is a beautiful retreat for a relaxing get-a-way!
Great location that was perfect for our family to gather and share lots of laughs together. We couldn’t find sheets for the trundle bed but other than that the home was perfectly stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. Enjoyed some relaxation on the deck and watched a beautiful sunset on the pier at the lagoon. Would definitely not hesitate to book another stay in the future! Thanks for sharing your home????

Nice & Clean
Nice, clean cottage in Gulf Shores. Location was quiet and folks followed quiet hours at night. Enjoyed the 4 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and decor was so cute. Great place. Loved the closeness to the water and sunsets. Those were the Important must haves. Will return. Thanks, Jackie

It was just wonderful
We stayed at Sunsation Cottage for 6 nights and it was just wonderful. The house was beautiful and gave our family everything we needed to have a great vacation. The location was perfect for what we were looking for and Jackie was an amazing host. She was extremely responsive and helpful in recommending different restaurants or activities for us to do while we stayed. If we travel back to Gulf Shores, we would definitely stay at Sunsation Cottage again!

Wounderful for out group
This cottage was wonderful for our group. Had everything as a home away from home. Enough space for a family of 4 to spread out - separate bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great. Great proximity to beach and pool. Host was very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely come back and recommend!

1000% Book this Stay!
1000% book this stay! This was our first family vacation in over 8 years, and we actually found Jackie's place after being canceled on previously. Well, it all worked out for the better because that other place couldn't hold a candle to Sunsation Cottage! Everything in the house is exactly as described and pictured - it is pristine, up to date, and spacious. The beach is a close walk, the pool is wonderful, and the lagoon on the backside is an added view! More than anything, though, we appreciated Jackie's ability to communicate with us from the time we booked, through check in, and even during our stay. Jackie is a WONDERFUL host with a beautiful house, and our vacation was a success thanks to her!
