Policies
Reservation / Damage Deposit within one week of booking,
1/2 rent due two months prior to arrival,
The other 1/2 of the rent is due one month prior to arrival.
Parking Permits are required for all vehicles with a max of 2 Parking Permits. These cost $65 for two or $40 for one per stay. (this fee includes facility fees).
Our Condo Association requires that the person renting be at least 25 years old and be present during rental
Spring Break and Summer rentals are 1 week and rent from Saturday to Saturday.
$300 Damage deposit is returned within 3 weeks of checking out

Awesome Condo
This condo is in a great location and is beautiful with updated decor. We loved that it is in walking distance to the Hangout for the teenagers we had with us. The kitchen was well equipped too! We will stay again when we come back.

Beautiful Condo & Great Location
First off Bill is great to work with! Answered all questions and was very informative! The condo is beautifully decorated with anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Beds are all super comfy, bedrooms and bathrooms are awesome! Lots of towels!!
The only con I have is the cleaning instructions require you to wash dishes in the dishwasher and put them away. The only potential problem with this is if you get lazy people that stay there and they only rinse dishes they use and put them away, then the dishes are not clean. The only way to ensure dishes are truly clean is turn on dishwasher and cleaning crew put the dishes away.
Honestly, that is nit-picking. Everything was fantastic and the condo is located in the heart of Gulf Shores.

Perfecr location, set up, owners, amenities, view, decor
What else can I say, everything was fantastic. So easy to book and get checked in and out. Was fully informed on everything we needed to know. The complex having an indoor pool was great this time of year. The beach is right there too!
The owners were awesome to work with, the setup and amenities were perfect and had PLENTY of everything we needed. Loved the decor in the unit. Plenty of Towles, linens, pillows. Couldn’t ask for better. Thank you!

Beautiful condo right on the beach
Our family of 8 had a wonderful time in the condo. It is so well outfitted that we were able to cook as much as we wanted to, which was nice for family breakfasts before heading out to the beach and family dinners after a long day in the sun. The table expands to fit everyone, so there was lots of room.

Fantastic Stay!!
This condo is fantastic! It was very spacious and comfortable. The place was very clean and well kept. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was furnished with everything you needed to cook a meal. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed the furniture on the balcony to sit and relax and listen to the ocean. The beach was gorgeous, we loved sitting on the beach on Christmas day while they were getting snow at home. The pool and hot tub was very clean and ejnoyable. I had read some posts about the elevators being slow, but we did not have that problem. They were very fast and effecient. We had a wonderful Christmas vacation. I would recommend this condo to anyone. It is everything you would want or need. Look forward to staying here in the future!!! Thanks Bill and Mary Ann for sharing your condo with us!

Perfect!!!
This Condo is PERFECT! We had an absolutely fabulous time, everything that was promised was more than true. The kitchen is stocked with anything one needs, everything was clean and maintained and what a fabulous view! I will definitely return in the future!
