"C’est Sea Bon” at Sea Oats is the perfect place to enjoy a great vacation with family or friends. Come pass a good time! If you are looking for a beach vacation look no further. Sea Oats B102 is a great place for fun and relaxation. The Gulf of Mexico is less than 100 yards away, one of the two Olympic size pools with a kiddie pool is steps away from the door, and the Lagoon with boat docks is located to the rear of the property. Also located near the Lagoon is a large BBQ area with several pits. Our unit is only one flight upstairs. It is a spacious 2br/2ba, we have a total of 3 queen size beds, a futon and a sofa sleeper. The bathrooms are newly renovated with a walk-in shower and granite vanity area in the Master, and a tub/shower combination in the other. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you will need. The balcony overlooks the pool and is perfect for relaxing with a good book. DON'T MISS THE SPECTACULAR SUNSETS ON THE LAGOON!

NO ELEVATOR only 1 flight of stairs up. NON SMOKING UNIT Located on Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores this low-density complex offers private beach access across the lightly traveled road, less than 100 yards away. The access leads you to the beautiful white sands and the Gulf of Mexico. The Lagoon amenities include a boat launch, boat slips, fishing pier, and quite water perfect for kayaking, paddle boards, and swimming. Newly renovated bathrooms. Two reserved parking spots, one is covered. NO PETS.

We purchased our condo in May of 2019 because we love spending time with our family & friends at the beach. Our two bedroom unit is large enough to accommodate lots of family and friends. The previous owners did not rent out the condo, but we want to share our condo with others. We hope you enjoy making memories at the beach as much as we do!

Beautiful condo
Only 2 bedrooms but plenty of space for my large family. We had a great time and everything was so nice. Close to pool and short walk to the most beautiful quiet beach. Owners were a joy to rent from. Would consider them again❤️

Perfect Getaway
Spacious, well priced condo in a great location. Perfect condo for a nice getaway. The swimming pool is very large for complex and the beach is right across the street. The access to the beach is a short 2 minute walk and perfect for relaxing. The beach was fantastic! Also was able to attend the Shrimp festival which had lots of food and entertainment for the evening. This condo is perfect for families or a quick getaway for a couple.
