GETTING THERE:
From I-10, take exit 49 onto Baldwin Beach Express and travel for 12.7 miles to turn left onto Foley Beach Express. In 9.5 miles turn right onto Coastal Gateway Blvd. In 1.7 miles turn left onto AL-59/ Gulf Shores Pkwy. In 5.5 miles turn right onto W Beach Blvd and continue for 2.5 miles. Lagoon Run will be on the right.

If you're looking for a casual stroll, you're in luck! The condo is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops.

The Lagoon Run complex itself is likely walkable or bikeable, especially if you are staying in a central location.
You can rent bikes from a nearby shop and explore the area at your own pace:

The main attraction in Gulf Shores is of course the beautiful beach. You can spend your days swimming, sunbathing, building sandcastles, or playing beach volleyball. Many companies offer rentals for jet skis, parasailing, paddleboards, and other water equipment.

The area is known for its great fishing. You can fish from the pier, the beach, or on a chartered fishing trip. Several fishing charters are available in the area, offering trips for all skill levels.
✅ Golfing:
There are several world-class golf courses in the area, making it a great destination for golfers. From championship courses to family-friendly options, there's a course for everyone.
✅ The Wharf:

● Please be courteous and respectful of check-in time.
● Your door code will not be active prior to 3:00 PM.
● You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
● Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
● Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
● The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
▸ One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
▸ Bar of soap per bathroom
▸ One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
▸ One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
▸ Make-up removers per bathroom
▸ Single sized dish liquid
▸ Single sized dish washing detergent pack
▸ Single use laundry washing detergent
▸ Two large trash bags
▸ Small trash bag for each bathroom
▸ Roll of Paper towels
● We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
● We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
● PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
▸ Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
▸ According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
▸ "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
● Trash can be brought to the dumpster provided on the property.
● NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
● Parking passes are $50.00 / two passes (included in cleaning fee).
▸ A parking pass MUST be displayed in your vehicle(s) while on the property.
▸ Your parking pass will be waiting for you in the condo.
▸ Assigned parking is directly below the condo (right side of building close to the bay. Space number 113).
▸ Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.
● If you are bringing a boat, you must have a sticker and this must be purchased in advance.
▸ WE NEED AT LEAST 48 HOURS prior to your arrival to arrange the boat sticker.
▸ Cost is $25.00 per stay and payment is due prior to your arrival. You must have a key to the gate to launch.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
If a personal check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged a $30.00 fee and the amount levied by the bank for NSF charges.
Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance.
Guests are responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear and/or missing items. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, the amount will be deducted from your deposit.
Please verify: Arrival/departure dates Reserved accommodations and Rent amount due.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any nature. There is an inherent danger in balconies and pools, and we strongly urge you to watch your children closely on the balcony and the pool area.
** Credit card fees are non-refundable.
General Cancellations:
If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee and any applicable credit card fees,*A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations to cover administrative costs.

Special Circumstance Cancellations:
In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation.
If canceled due to COVID-19, we will offer a full refund, less the cancellation fee, if the beaches close or state travel restrictions prohibit the stay.
*If the beaches are open and no travel restrictions are in place, the general Cancellation policy will apply.*
We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection for unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your travel. *Travel insurance is highly recommended*.
