Completely redecorated 2 bedroom 1 bath has NEW furniture and bedding for a maximum of 6 guests..2 Queens, (Sleeper sofa has full size mattress). Enjoy the ocean view from the oversized patio or walk right down the stairs into the sand and one of two pools in the complex. Boat ramp and pier (also on complex property) provide water access for adventurous guests with propellers or paddles. Sorry,pets are not allowed in our home...THE COMPLEX/COA DOES NOT ALLOW PETS OTHER THAN OWNERS.
We provide clean and sanitized linens, pillows, and towels (bath and beach) for each guest arriving. Please bring your favorites and must haves from home.
There is a Keurig with a refillable pod for use with any ground coffee.
MUST BE MINIMUM AGE OF 25 TO RESERVE THIS CONDO. AT LEAST ONE ADULT OF 25 YEARS OR OLDER MUST OCCUPY THE PROPERTY FOR BOOKING
Will provide detailed invoice via your email or messenger. Please reference invoice number when submitting payment.
Included is a boat ramp and pier on the lagoon behind the second half of the condo complex.

Just a guy who works all the time. This is my home and I live here part time because I work out of town so much. I plan to retire to this location one day. Until then, I hope you enjoy your stay in my place for all the same reasons I do.
We enjoyed this condo so much. The owners had everything you could possibly need. The location is great...just a short walk to the beach. The pool was very nice as well. We will for sure stay here again. The owners were always available to answer question and were very professional. I highly recommend this location. I did pay through PayPal with no problems with lines of communication. Very honest owners.

I was able to stay the weekend at this nice little place. It was perfect for me and my friend. Everything I really needed was already there. There is even grocery delivery in Gulf Shores! I hope to return soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. From the views of the full moon over the ocean to watching the dolphins with my coffee in the morning. The owner has tried to think of everything you may need while down. We have already scheduled our next visit!
