Gulf Shores, a romantic couple’s getaway; we’ve known it for quite a while, but it is officially no longer our secret. Coastal Living has officially declared our beach as the best beach in the world. BEACH vacation;Check it out at: http://www.coastalliving.com/travel/21-best-beaches-00414000075810/ We have dedicated beach access through a private beach walkover. Here you will find two gazebos located just off the beach to relax in if you need to get out of the sun. There is WiFi at the beach! On the way back, enjoy the shower provided for both body & feet. Our pool area is beautiful, a main pool, a hot tub as well as a baby pool. Here you can listen to the stunning two sided waterfall, all surrounded by palm trees. Our tennis courts were refinished in 2015 and feature lighted courts controlled by the guests. We have a boat launch available for our guests. The east dock has boat slips for your use. On the northwest corner of the property is parking for boat trailers. Two grilling areas are available for your convenience. Each has three charcoal grills. There are two docks with benches and lighted in the evening. Both docks are favorites for guest fisherman and crabbers. There is even a fish cleaning station on the east dock. A shuffleboard court is located next to the tennis courts. Oh and Don’t Forget as daylight fades, watch the magnificent sun slowly dip into the water!

Beach items:
Please do not bring floats and beach chairs/equipment into the unit. You can leave the items in your car and pick them up on the way to the beach. When you return, there is a shower near the beach to rinse off your items and put them back in your car. This will add comfort to you as all the sand will not be tracked into the unit.

Furniture:
Please do not move indoor furniture or take any indoor furniture out on the balcony. There is balcony furniture provided. The outdoor elements could damage the furniture made for the indoors. Any evidence of furniture being moved outside will result in forfeiture of your security deposit and/or additional fees charged to you.
Smoking:
Our unit is Non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit will result in forfeiture of your security deposit and/or additional fees charged to you for steam cleaning all fabrics
Additional Info
Check-In Location: You will need to check-in at 1832 W. Beach Blvd at the front office. This is to register your vehicle and receive a parking registration. The charge of $20.00 per vehicle will need to be paid on-site when you arrive. Parking for guests is only allowed in the parking lot. Only owners are allowed to park under the covered parking. Any vehicle not displaying required parking registration purchased from the front desk ($20.00) on their dashboard, you would be subject to being towed vehicle owners’ expense. Smoking Policy: Non-smoking unit. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit will be cause for immediate eviction of all parties and forfeiture of any and all deposits, rents paid and additional cleaning fees.
Pet Policy: We love pets, however, Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club does not allow any guests to bring a pet. A pet or evidence of a pet found on the premises, you will have the option to go board the pet or leave the premises immediately. You would then forfeiture any rents paid and have to pay additional cleaning fees.
Amenities: Complex Amenities availabilities are subject to change without notice (pools, hot tubs, common areas, elevators, and any other common area amenities, infrastructure or equipment). *No refunds will be made for unavailable amenities.
Maintenance: Every effort is made to maintain our condo in good repair. Once notified, all repairs will be handled as quickly as possible. No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances or needed repairs unless we deem you are entitled to compensation.

Occupancy: The number of guests, including children, is limited to the sleeping capacity indicated. Exceptions may be made for infants under the age of 2. You must be 25 years old to Rent. Underage individuals are not permitted to rent. Guests under the age of 25 must have direct adult supervision at all times when on rental premises. Absolutely no unit will be rented to vacationing students by the parents who are not accompanying underage individuals and staying in the unit with the students the entire length of the reservation. No motorhomes or campers are permitted to hook up to the utilities on the property of Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club. Any reservations obtained under false pretense or violation of any item in this agreement will be cause for immediate eviction of all parties and forfeiture of any and all deposits and rents paid. : An atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of all guests must be maintained. No sororities, fraternities. No loud parties, loud gatherings, illegal activities or disorderly persons are allowed. Violations will be cause for immediate eviction of all parties and forfeiture of any and all deposits and rents paid.
Grilling: Fire department regulations prohibit the use of grills on balconies; we have six BBQ grills by The Lagoon and Pier for your enjoyment.
Liability: By renting this property you are assuming all risks and liability for any damage done to persons or property, agents, employees, or visitors occasioned by the present or future condition of the premises both latent and manifest. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest(s) or loss of money or valuables of any kind. You will be held responsible for any damages you or your guests cause to the property. You will have to pay for the cost to repair or replace any item(s) damaged or destroyed plus any additional cleaning fees if incurred. Upon discovery of damage and you still have time left on your stay, will be cause for immediate eviction of all parties and forfeiture of any and all deposit and rents paid.
Hurricane Policy: We will refund unused days in the event of a MANDATORY evacuation in our area. The day the mandatory evacuation is issued we will refund to currently registered guests any unused portion of the rent from the time they checkout of the property. Guests scheduled to arrive during a mandatory evacuation may shorten their stay to come in after the evacuation is lifted and they will be refunded any unused portion of the rent. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to your trip, we will refund also. However, if no mandatory evacuation hurricane warning is issued specific to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area, and you choose to cancel your reservation you could incur the forfeiture of your deposit. Each cancellation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Evictions: Evictions of Guests will follow the procedures set forth in the City of Gulf Shores Ordinance, Chapter 11, Criminal Code of the Code of Ordinances, adopted July 24, 1989, and amended February 22, 2016 with the addition of the Article VIII, EJECTIONS OF UNDESIRABLE GUESTS FROM VACATION RENTAL UNIT.
Your Signature or electronic signature certifies that you have read this agreement in its entirety, understand and agree to abide by it. Your signature also certifies that you are an adult over 25 and financially responsible for any damage by you, anyone in your party or visitors present during your occupancy dates.
Check-in begins at 3:00PM or later on your scheduled arrival date. Please wait until then to arrive unless advised otherwise.
Check out: Check out time is by 10:00 am. Your responsibilities before departure is to please leave the property reasonably clean, kitchen items clean and returned to their proper places, and trash disposed of in the trash shuts by the elevators.
Our cancellation policy follows:
If you cancel 61 days or longer than 61 days prior to arrival you will forfeit 10% of your entire cost to occupy the condo for your entire stay.
If you cancel 60 days or LESS may lose your entire deposit unless we are able to re-book your reserved dates at the same rate. If we are able to re-book the same reservation dates at the same rate you will only lose 10% of your entire booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your reservation you will lose your entire deposit.
As part of our security process, prior to arrival you will be asked to show proof of identification, verify your home address and age.

Through the years we have always enjoyed our beach vacations the best. Many memories have been made in flip`flops. We know how hard people work through the year and time off is important for your health and well being. The need to decompress and relax is vital especially in this fast pace world. Taking time to make memories and enjoy each other is what life truly is about.

We found Gulf Shores after living in Nashville for 11yrs.; not sure what took so long, but we are happy we finally did! There's been no beach we have visited that compares to the sugar soft white sand of Gulf Shores. We love it, and we hope you do too and that you will come again.
