Our condo is comfortable and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have a view of the beach from the master bedroom window and there is a crosswalk and a traffic light, which make it easy and safe to cross the street with children. We are family friendly and affordable. We offer a military and first responder discount.

Well appointed, great location!
This was our first stay in a non-hotel rental and we couldn't have been more pleased. This condo is well appointed with everything we needed for a long weekend stay, but also had items I would have wanted for a longer rental like small appliances, a real range/oven, dishwasher and a stock of towels. The location was great, just across the street from the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants and other attractions. There's a small grocery/convenience store next door as well. We liked that is was on the East side of Beach Blvd, so nights seemed a bit quieter than the West Side nearer the themed restaurants and Hangout. Something to keep in mind if you prefer a bit more peace when you come "home" to your rental.
The balcony overlooks the beach houses in Gulf Shores and was my morning spot for sunrises and coffee. I enjoyed the quiet privacy the rear balcony provided over one that would have been overlooking the main drag and condo towers along the beach.
The unit has covered, private parking underneath so there's no worry about leaving for dinner and not having a place to park when you return. Hitting the beach requires zero driving as well.
All in all, this rental gets a 10. We hope to be back next year if the rental is available during our summer vacation!
