Get the resort style vacation but with your own private house. After a long day of taking in the beach and amenities, go back to your private 4 bedroom/4 bath house with your very own pool which can be heated through the management company on days that the outside temperature allows. When you've had enough but the kids still have non stop energy, sit back and relax on the covered patio while they swim right in front of you. Plenty of outdoor seating options including an outdoor dining table for 6. Stepping in the front door you'll find two queen guest rooms with tvs to your right and left both with attached full baths.Next on the left you'll step into the full over full bunk room with tilting tv. This room can sleep 4 (weight limit on top bunk) and has another attached full bathroom. On the right is a full sized washer/dryer area. The main living space includes a queen pullout sofa in the den, a loveseat, a swivel rocker and 3 large beanbags for the kids. The dining area sits 6 plus 6 barstools at the large white quartz covered island. The well appointed kitchen boasts tons of cabinet space to house everything you need to make fabulous meals during your stay. This kitchen has a separate ice maker to fill those coolers for the beach. It makes the smaller ice cubes perfect for adult beverages after a long day of soaking up the sun. From the main living area HUGE windows look out to your private patio and pool surrounded by swaying palm trees and a beautifully lit water fountain in the pond.
