This chic, beachfront 2-bedroom/2.5 bathroom ground floor unit at the highly sought-after Beach Club in Fort Morgan is a true gem. With its rich and inviting colors and décor, you will feel you have entered paradise the moment you walk through the door. The spacious living room features a large flat-screen smart tv, ample seating, a sleeper sofa, and patio access. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essential dishware and cookware and the dining area offers a large table with seating for six and four bar stools at the kitchen bar. The primary suite has a comfy king bed, flat-screen tv, patio access, and a private ensuite with shower and jetted tub combo. The guest room offers a cozy queen bed, flat-screen tv, and private ensuite with a shower/tub combo.
The Beach Club Resort & Spa does require an amenities wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor pool with poolside cabanas & grill, fitness center, game room, and kids activities. The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival.
*The fee is per day, per condo (not per person).

Please note that you do not need an armband for the use of the Avalon building outdoor pool and hot tub, beach access, hiking trails, activities court (basketball/shuffleboard), grills/picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery (ice cream shop), the food trucks at the Village Lawn, and the spa.
Important Things To Note:
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the unit alone.
* According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."

General Cancellations:
If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
Special Circumstance Cancellations:
In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation.
If canceled due to COVID-19, we will offer a full refund, less the cancellation fee, if the beaches close or state travel restrictions prohibit the stay.
*If the beaches are open and no travel restrictions are in place, the general Cancellation policy will apply.*
