This adorable beachfront 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom corner unit is located on the 15th floor of the Avalon Tower at the highly sought-after Beach Club in Fort Morgan. The updated furniture makes this unit perfect for a family getaway with a dining table set for 6 plus additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials needed to prepare all meals during your stay. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail on the corner balcony, that can be accessed from the living room and primary bedroom, as the sun warms the beautiful beach. The primary bedroom hosts a king bed, private bathroom and balcony access. The guest room has a bunk bed and full bed perfect for the kiddos. The guest bathroom is attached to the guest room. This unit has a washer and dryer in unit. The balcony boasts gorgeous views of the Fort Morgan Beach and is high enough to provide tranquil sunrises and sunsets perfect for your viewing. This condo and property will not disappoint.

The Beach Club Resort & Spa does require an amenities wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor pool with poolside cabanas & grill, fitness center, game room, and kids activities. The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival.

Important Things To Note:

* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the unit alone.
* According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."

Starting JUNE 1st
Beach Club Resort and Spa is implementing vehicle registration fees for guests arriving ON or AFTER June 1st, 2023. The fee will be $40.00 per vehicle per stay and day passes for visitors will be $7.00 per vehicle per day. More details about the registration process and parking passes will be delivered via text alert with updates to guests staying on or after June 1st. As of 04/03/23, this registration fee does NOT apply to guests currently staying or arriving before June 1st, 2023
