Meal preparation is a cinch in this well-designed, fully stocked, kitchen with tons of extras. All your household linens and bath towels provided. Plus, there is a washer and dryer. A wall of windows in the large living area over looks Old River and the Marina. Boat launch & slips available on site. Bring the jet skis or boat and enjoy. Catch a variety of fish from the private pier or surf fish on the Gulf side. Come and spend your vacation at our Home Away!

If the reservation is re-booked at the same rate, you will be refunded 50% of the total funds paid.
If the reservation cannot be rebooked, I (We) understand that the moneys paid may not be returned. Refunds will not be made due to inclement weather. If evacuation is mandated by civil authorities, you will be given a refund for the unused portion of your rental period.
If client cancels less than 15 days prior to arrival date you will not get a refund of the deposit money.

Welcome to our home away from home! Roy and I currently live in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Our wish is for our guests to be extremely comfortable while on vacation - relax, play and enjoy family. Relax with a gorgeous view from the large picture window in the den. Have coffee on the balcony while watching the boats go by on Old River. Riverside has a pavilion with 3 gas grills, sink and ice machine. Boating is a breeze with the private launch. Marina is equipped with power and fresh water - boat slips available to reserve during your stay. Fish cleaning station located on the marina site. Bring your boat/jet ski and fishing poles!! Fishing off pier and surf fish on the Gulf side just a short walk across the property. This property has 3 pools, hot tub and workout room. Bring your bikes - State Parks close by to enjoy!! What makes this condo unique Best of both worlds! Old River to your North and Gulf of Mexico to your South. Surf fishing as well as fishing from the marina pier located on the Old Riverside.
