If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival a full refund will be processed minus the $50.00 fee. If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons; however, a prorated amount will be refunded in the event of a mandatory evacuation due to hurricanes and/or weather. In the event that a booking is canceled prior to check-in due to a mandatory weather evacuation, a full refund will be given.

Wonderful Beach Vacation! Fantastic Condo!

Orange Beach
The property was in a fabulous location. We just loved waking up to the ocean!! The check in process was so easy. We had no issues. Will visit again.

Enjoyed our stay
Normally, I avoid condos and only rent beach houses. However, this one really worked out. The AC worked well, the place was clean, it had a good kitchen, and was quiet. It was on the second floor (really the third, but there is nothing on the first floor.) The only problem might be with parking in peak times, as there is not enough if the condo complex is full. But this was only a factor when we checked in (because everyone else was checking in or out at about the same time!) The pool was fun for the kids when the surf got a little rough. The beach is only a short walk and as is the case throughout Orange Beach, is wonderful.

Perfect location, perfect view!
My family stayed at this condo for a week and it exceeded our expectations. We have 3 young children so location was key. We wanted to be ON the beach, with a direct view of the Gulf. We got exactly that! The corner unit was an added bonus and has us spoiled for future trips. From the balcony, you can see the pool and the beach. I could see my husband out fishing early morning/late night and our kids playing on the beach. This is a smaller complex compared to most and it made the private beach area not crowded at all. We had plenty of space. The security was great also. It was an easy walk from the condo to the beach and/pool. I felt like the corner unit gave us more space also. The balcony is huge and we loved sitting out there. We saw dolphins in the mornings. Definitely would recommend this unit!

Fantastic location!
The condo was clean and just as promised. Manager was quick to answer any questions I had. You couldn't beat the clean, quite beach!

Family Vacation
The condo was in a perfect location and Angela was WONDERFUL at responding to my questions. She said that they were closing for renovations and updates after our trip. The only reason I would give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shower curtain was moldy, bathroom rugs looked dirty and the wifi was not great. But Angela had already told us that they would be doing upgrades so I think next year it will be perfect! The balcony was perfect for our group of 6 and the kitchen was great for us to cook in each night. We had a lot of rain so we spent a lot of time in the condo and were very comfortable. Thanks for the great amenities on our trip!! Look forward to coming back!
