Perfect condo!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and had a perfect gulf view! The owners were amazing. They checked on us to make sure we were happy with the condo. They were kind and a joy to work with! We are so excited to rent from them again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and updated, and had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfy. The photos of the listing are spot on and the owners communicated quickly and were a delight to work with. We didn't have any issues during our stay. We loved it!

Location, location, location!
If you’re looking for a beautiful, affordable condo on the beach and close to everything, this is the place! The owner, John, was a pleasure to work with and was so helpful and hospitable. Delicious restaurants and fun activities for children were all within a mile radius from the condo. My husband and I especially loved spending the day at the beach and being able to watch our teenagers come and go from the condo. It was safe and family friendly. My favorite thing to do was sit on the slicing early in the morning drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful view and sounds of the ocean. An unforgettable trip for sure!

Super close to the beach, perfect for family of 4 with younger kids
This was our 3rd trip to Orange Beach in 6 years. We like that it is very family friendly and close enough to Mobile and Pensacola for other things to do, especially if it rains. (Blue Angels and Naval Aviation Museum are must dos for our family.) It may be our last visit to the area for a while. The area is becoming more crowded, commercialized, and congested, unfortunately. The condo was as advertised. The pros: Access to the beach was close and easy. It's furnished with all the basic necessities needed to cook simple meals. You can see both the beach and the pool clearly without any obstruction. Being on the third floor, it was easy to keep an eye on kids at the pool. Pool was decently sized and clean, but the indoor poo wasn't much. The beds were comfy. The place was fairly clean (by my super high standards). And the location is close to everything you need on Perdido Blvd. The cons: There certainly isn't any extra square footage to spread out. Entrance to the condo itself is outdoors with some cover, but when it's raining heavily, you'll get wet keying in. Likewise, even though the elevator was out of the elements, getting to it was not. There also wasn't a covered area to load and unload the car in the parking lot. The air conditioner was loud when running. For a corner unit, I expected a larger balcony and hoped to have a table instead of just chairs. (Minor complaint. Most of the units didn't seem to have tables on the balconies either.) The door into the condo was a bit warped (could see light coming in). There was no blind on the doors leading to the balcony from the living room which, considering the sunrise, would've made it hard to sleep in that room had we used the sleeper sofa. Lastly, one night we came home to a rather large, six legged friend on the wall. He was the only one we saw and I considered him to a be fluke as I know they are rather prominent on the beach! Overall, it was a decent stay for the price range. Owner was super responsive to our needs which is a always a plus!!

Spring break 2019
This condo is clean, well maintained and in a great location. Just steps to the beach and close to a number of things to do, including a half-hour drive to the Pensacola Naval Air Museum. John and Kathy are very responsive owners. Great place for our family of four on spring break.

Fabulous!
We stayed in this condo that offered us everything one could desire--and more. It is an immaculate place with every amenity. The corner unit is so close to the Gulf and offers sweeping views to be enjoyed. The care and good taste the owners have bestowed on this place is reflected throughout. What a relaxing and delightful stay. One we look forward to repeating. Such a joy!

Great Family Vacation
This is a wonderful place for you and your family to stay. The condo is very clean and maintained. Not only is the view wonderful, but you're right above the pool. Across the street there are two arcades, mini golf, go-carts. Also within walking distance to places to eat, and Wal-Mart/Rouses is less than a mile away. Surrounded by many everyday conveniences, but you wake up to the sound of waves.
I can't wait to stay here again.
