Listening to what my guests like, what they would expect at their dream destination. I can't control the weather, but I can control meeting your expectations at my Summer House. That's why I have an 80% repeat guest list. I share in their anticipation of seeing what the latest update is to the condo as it is updated, in some way, every year. And I am here to answer any questions, just text, email or call. I know how hard it can be to make a decision, let me make it easier for you. You will not be disappointed!
Booking with me as an owner has a huge advantage for you. Management companies and business owners are in this just for the rental income. I am in this to provide you with the best choice you could make on a memorable vacation. I am available at any time...I will provide you with my phone number if you should need me. I don't close up my office at five or for the weekends, I am just a call or text away. Most times I personally inspect the condo prior to your arrival.
TWO bedrooms have KING SIZE beds!!! This 3BR/2BA NON-SMOKING Condominium is in the Summer House Complex, a class above the other resorts, and a gated community. It has breathtaking views for miles and miles from its 14th floor tiled balcony that wraps around our corner unit. Now, this balcony is SO big you can lay on the lounge chair and still have room at your feet for someone to pass in front of you! ALL of you will have enough room to sit on the balcony at one time, not in shifts! You can watch the dolphins play! Hear the waves, sip that morning coffee in peaceful bliss, see the stars, ships, manta rays, toast the sunset...

You'll be surrounded in luxury in this completely furnished unit with many extras, such as a full size washer and dryer. Flat screen TV's in every room and four DVD players! Master bedroom is gulf-front, with a king bed and its' own door to the huge balcony. The side bedroom now has a brand new KING bed. The front bedroom has twin bunks, and one full to sleep four in one room! It also has a 25 inch TV with dvd/VCR! Blackout curtains in all rooms so you might get a chance to sleep in - maybe the kids will too? Each bedroom opens to the balcony. Two full-size bathrooms - the master has the HUGE walk in shower and was totally remodeled for your comfort and use, the guest has the HUGE bathtub!! Soft fluffy towels for eight, and clean fresh Egyptian sheets on all the beds will be waiting!
Every room has been freshly redecorated and updated! We even have a 'butler' to greet you and hold your keys! (He keeps all secrets too, what happens at the beach stays at the beach!) Fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and EVERY possible item provided -coffee maker, grinder, blender, bagel toaster, all new cookware too! Am I missing something you might need? (I doubt it!) But if I am...let me know and I will deliver it to you! This spacious corner unit allows extra sunlight to the living and dining room, and spectacular sunsets from the side. Relaxing multi-color city lights to dine by! Plenty of room to sit back and relax.
Even on the 14th floor, you can still hear the ocean lull you to sleep! The living room is peaceful and relaxing. Luxury all around.

I strongly suggest you purchase CFAR travel insurance (Cancel for Any Reason) for cancellations due to covid OR FOR ANY REASON. You can google trip insurance, and it is reasonably priced. I will not refund any cancellations due to covid. My cancellation policy stands as outlined below:
*****REVISED CANCELLATION POLICY 8/20/21, replacing notice provided in informative brochure. Correction as follows: Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, all monies will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. If the reservation is cancelled prior to 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, then the deposit and 50% of the rent will be forfeited. The forfeited rental fee will be refunded if the owner is able to secure a rental for the cancelled dates. There are no refunds for early departures other than for forced evacuations due to natural or man made disasters. In the event of a forced evacuation, a credit will be given for unused days. If you have cancelled over 30 days in advance and can rebook at a future date, the $25.00 processing fee will be deducted from your future rent due. As always, I am willing to work with you in any way concerning adversities that could interrupt a vacation.

I am in my 60's, as is my husband. We moved from Michigan in 2006 after my husband received a 'forced' retirement from General Motors. Living in Alabama was a lifelong dream of mine, as I had visited different parts of the state many times. Fortunately my husband fell in love with the beach too. We hope to sometime soon become our own snowbirds and winter at the beach and let you enjoy the summers there! We are local, only 30 minutes away so we can respond quickly to any situations. You can reach us on our cell phone; we don't close at 5pm or on the weekends.

Great place to stay!
We had a great time staying in this condo! The huge wrap around balcony is amazing - as advertised. The condo is very clean and nicely furnished with lots of upgrades. There is plenty of seating inside and on the balcony for everyone. There were a lot of little extras to make the stay more enjoyable. Sandy was very easy to work with! I would definitely recommend renting from Sandy!

Best Condo in Orange Beach
Just got back from our annual girls beach trip at Sandy's Beautiful Condo. We had the best time, as we do every year! The condo is so clean, the kitchen is always stocked with anything that is needed, it is in the best location and the balcony is amazing. We can't wait to go back next year.

The best place around!
If you are looking for a stunning condo for your next beach vacation, no need to look any further. My family and I stayed for 10 days at Sandy’s Summer House and could not be happier with our stay. The place was perfect for our large family of 8 and it fit us comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking. The condo was incredibly clean and you could tell there are many recent upgrades to include a new master bathroom and beautiful new furniture. We sat on the balcony each morning and evening watching the planes go by and searching for dolphins on the INCREDIBLE wrap around balcony! I mean this balcony is massive and you have access to the balcony from every room! The location is close to everything you could think of including restaurants and grocery stores. Sandy and Dean were so accommodating and their place is so incredible that we will be booking this condo every year for our family vacation. Thank you so very much for sharing your BEAUTIFUL condo with us and for giving us the best vacation we could ever ask for!

Great Place to Stay
This was the 4th year to stay at Sandy's Summer House. She continues to make upgrades every year. This year we were treated to new Master Bath cabinets and new Living Room furniture. It's the nicest unit that we have rented in OBA. (I really love the Keyless Entry - No keys to misplace.!) The Kitchen is fully furnished with plenty of pots, pans and even both a Mr Coffee and a Keurig.
Although this year we had a little bad weather, it was still a very enjoyable stay on the Gulf.
Sandy is always very accessible if you have questions, not like the big Real Estate companies.

Couldn't have been better!
We rented this condo as a beach retreat for our family and my sister's family! Everything was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Ms. Sandy was awesome to work with and even let us rent the condo a day earlier than expected. We will be back and are so thankful for your kind hospitality!

Home Away
My husband and I have been coming to Sandy's condo for 11 years. Every year she had surprised us with beautiful updates in one or two rooms, either with new furniture in the living room and dining room. Complete new granite countertops,&
inland in the kitchen, and new wood floors in kitchen and dining room..New over stuffed king size mattresses in master and 2nd bedroom. Lovely larger wrap around balcony with table and chairs and lounge chairs, we enjoyed watching the dolphins in the morning with a cup of coffee and sitting on the West side of the balcony to sun in late afternoon and to catch the sun set.
This is are away home for two months.

Love, love, love!
We have been coming to Sandy's Summer House for two months in the winter for 4 years. Everything you need for cooking is in the kitchen. Really like the Keurig coffeemaker. Everything is sparkling and fresh. Plus she is always adding something new every time we visit. I love the huge balcony. Best ever for morning coffee and reading quietly in the afternoon. Location is great, close to groceries and really wonderful restaurants. We all look forward to returning to Summer House every year. Sandy is an excellent host and always available.
