Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. We have created Endless Memories here and hope you do the same. We are a GROUND FLOOR unit in building #1 (Tennis Villas) located at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club, Orange Beach, Alabama. This resort is beach side and our unit is steps from the beach,tennis court's,indoor pool, sauna and club house. Convenient location for all that Seaside has to offer. A very short 3 minute walk down the sidewalk to the beach. We have painted, brought in new furniture/lighting fixtures and made nice upgrades throughout the condo.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is plenty of seating for everyone between the kitchen and bar area.
Living area is very open and the couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa. The living room TV has been upgraded to a 60 inch flat screen tv with Satelite tv, Netflix and Roku.
Master bedroom is very spacious featuring a king sized bed, 42 inch smart flat screen tv with Roku, Netflix and Satellite TV. Also a private master bathroom.
Guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, a bunk bed, 32 inch smart flat screen tv with Roku, Satellite TV,
plenty of storage for your personal belongings. There is a full bathroom right outside this bedroom in the hallway.
New washer/dryer combo in the condo for your convenience.
Wireless phone chargers located in both bedrooms and the living room.
Large outdoor patio with table and chairs.
Amenities include:
2 outdoor pools,
1 indoor heated pool, private beach access,
tennis courts, sauna, steam room, shuffleboard, BBQ grill area, free wifi and cable tv
We are directly across the street from
Adventure Island...
Putt Putt, Go Carts, Game room and more. 5 minute walk to Bubba's seafood and Walking distance to Walmart and Rouses along with restaurants and shopping. 6 miles from the Hangout, 6.5 miles from the Wharf. Parking is $50.00 per vehicle for the length of your stay and must be paid to guard on duty. PLEASE DO NOT GET TOWED OR BOOTED!!! PLACE PARKING PLACARD ON DASH.
Maximum 2 vehicles per stay. Parking is stricktly enforced!!
EARLY CHECK IN:
Available at $25.00 per hour..
If cleaning/maintenance permits.
We can arrange for early cleaning/maintenance...will need at least 72 hr notice.
If property is entered without payment or owner permission, immediate termination of rental agreement,trespass from property and loss of all monies paid.
Security Cameras located throughout the property.
Ring Cameras located at the FRONT and REAR DOORS,NO CAMERAS ARE INSIDE UNIT. Any BLOCKING, DISABLING of CAMERAS or ROUTER will result in immediate EVICTION,TRESPASSED from property and loss of all monies paid.
Security guards are onsite from 0800-2200.

Perfect and Convenient
Owners squeezed us in with a last minute request. Clean and has everything you need whether you stay two nights or a week. Comfy master bed! One minute walk to the beach.

Great place
We had a great time at this condo. We LOVED that it is a ground floor unit. Also, it is so convenient. It is close to grocery, night life, restaurants, parasailing, etc. I 100% recommend this condo, and we’re hoping to be back sooner rather than later. ????☀️????
