“SUMMER SALE” Spectacular Beach front condo with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Pleasantly furnished and decorated with a tropical feel, this 2 BR, 2 Bath, seventh floor unit will help create lasting memories. Relax on your own private balcony while watching dolphins swim in the gulf.
This condo has all the amenities you need to enjoy your beach vacation. The living area has plenty of room, 9’ ceilings throughout, and comfortable furnishings so you can relax. A 52” flat screen TV with Blueray player.
Your kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, even a few items you may not have at home. On the patio you will find a table with four chairs, a lounge, and additional seating. Inside, the dining room table has 6 chairs. There is a wet bar with ice maker and four bar stools at the bar.
Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. In the master bedroom suite is a king-sized bed and access to the balcony. The master bath has whirlpool tub, large tile shower, double vanity and large walk in closet. Your guest bedroom has a new queen pillow top bed and a 32” flat screen TV and access to a full bathroom.
All linens are provided, and no need to bring your entire wardrobe – a full size washer and dryer are included in the unit. The complex is conveniently located near shopping, grocery stores, drug stores as well as dinning and all types of entertainment.
There are 5 swimming pools, 4 outdoor hot tubs, a heated indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court and a fully equipped exercise room with a view of the gulf. The complex provides easy and convenient beach access from the pool area. A $125.00 cleaning fee will be added to each rental. A local tax of 13% will be applied to the total charge. Tenants must be 25 years of age to sign a contract agreement.

We have owned four properties in Orange Beach. We have owned units in Tidewater, Phoenix East, and now in Seachase. Without a doubt SeaChase amenities are second to none. We love the location and are ready to spend more time enjoying the Alabama Gulf coast.
There are three buildings each with their own separate pool and a splash pad. You have access to all the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs as a guest . Example... four outdoor pools including a Zero-edge (entry) and infinity pool, two saunas, state of the art fitness center and a children's wading pool. Guarded entrance 24/7 no one can get past the guard unless you are a guest.

We are Mike and Peggy from the Michigan. We love boating on the great lakes. We retired this past year. The eventual plan is to spend 4 months down south and summers up in Michigan. We can't wait to spend more time in Alabama. It gets cold up here in the winter....We have enjoyed the sandy beaches and lovely backwaters of Alabama for the past 24 years.

Great Condo
Great condo! We loved our stay in Orange Beach and are already planning another trip back. The condo had everything we needed and Mike and Peggy were great to deal with! Would definitely rent this condo again.

Perfect family vacation
The condo was perfect. The best social distancing summer vacation we could of asked for. The owners were extremely helpful when needed. We will be back!

Exceeded Expectations
Our family was very pleased with this condo, the complex and the location. The owners were great to work with and let us know they were available should we need anything during our stay. Much better than renting from a rental company.
The complex is great. Very clean and well maintained. Security is present and professional and not over-bearing at all. The week we were there it seemed the place was full or close to it. That being said we rarely if ever had to wait more than a couple minutes for an elevator, never felt crowded at the pool or the beach which was one of my main concerns prior to arrival. Parking was never an issue.
The unit itself is awesome. Well maintained, clean and nicely decorated. Cabinets were well stocked with most any kitchen related item we needed. Appliances were nice and all worked as they should have. If we could pick any of the units in this complex based on location it would be this one. Wonderful views of the beach and pool area. Couldn’t have asked for more.
We will definitely return to this unit on our next trip.
Side note. This was our first visit to Orange Beach. We’ve spent several years visiting Miramar Beach near Destin and can certainly say the combo of Orange Beach and this condo won us over.
