Romar Beach 206 is a beach front condo with a coastal cottage feel. Located in Orange Beach, this property is ideal for small families, couples, girls getaway or any other small groups. We are conveniently located to many great restaurants, golf, day spas, shopping, the Gulf Shores State park, The Wharf, FloraBamas and so much more. Romar Beach is a low density complex with 45 units and 3 floors. Come enjoy the beach at our family friendly and relaxed home away from home. Romar Beach Complex has covered parking, WiFi, beach chairs available seasonally, a beautiful pool, covered picnic table area, grills & beautiful white sandy beaches!

Beautiful, comfortable condo on the second floor. Fully stocked kitchen. TVs in both the master & guest bedrooms, as well as in the living area. Comfortable beds & seating for 6 at the custom wood farm table. Beautiful granite kitchen countertops & nice updates throughout the unit. Comfortable seating on the spacious balcony. Pool chairs available on first come basis. Check in 4 pm. Check out 10 am. Pets, house parties & smoking are not allowed on property.

Check in time is 4 pm and check out is 10 am.
A start up set of toilet paper,soap,one trash bag,and one roll of paper towels are provided upon check in.
Price includes one parking pass. A second parking pass may be available to purchase for an additional $20.
A $200 refundable security deposit is required for all reservations.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
Payments can be made by cash, check and Venmo.

Amazing Condo
Hopes Condo is perfect. She is so easy to work with! Perfect location, comfortable and feels like home. Lovely view of the beach. The beach is easily accessible and my kids loved the heated pool! We enjoyed our stay, and will continue to book through Hope for our upcoming stays. Thanks Hope!

Great Condo!
Stayed four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect - clean, great location, heated pool and beach was nice to have a choice, deck, etc. Hope was very easy to work with and very accommodating! It was perfect for three generations to have a long weekend beach stay!

Just Perfect
Hope's condo was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation this year. It was very very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. It is decorated so cute and all of the furnishings and appliances are very nice! We loved the little counter ice maker! It has a really nice view of the beach and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony most nights. Hope is a renter's dream owner, she made booking and check-in/check-out smooth and her communication was appreciated. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Hope for making our stay so great! :)

Romar 206
This condo was excellent. Perfect size for our little family of 4. It comes equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are roomy. We loved that it was a smaller Condo complex. Less crowded, we could come and go without a guard, and perfect location on the beach. Only complaint about the complex itself was that the pool was way to cold to swim in. We will definitely be staying again! Thank you!

Relaxing
We had a great long weekend at Romar Beach. The condo was in a perfect location; close to restaurants, shopping, and several grocery stores. It was quiet and beach was easy to access. We walked on the beach morning and evening looking for shells; the water was beautiful and clear. The condo was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony offers a nice view of the water. We will definitely be back to Romar Beach.

We enjoyed our weekend in Romar Beach! Loved being in a smaller building not near as crowded as the big condo buildings! The kitchen is very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable! Great place for a relaxing weekend!

Perfect Getaway!
Romar 206 was the perfect little Mardi Gras getaway for our family of 5. Close to stores and restaurants and boasting a beautiful kitchen we enjoyed cooking for part of our stay. The complex was quiet. The beach was pristine and not overcrowded, and the bathrooms by the pool were perfect for our 3 young kids while we were enjoying the water. We have already recommended this condo to multiple people and can’t wait to go back!
