Our Upscale Condo at Regency Isle is located on the Beautiful White Sandy Beaches in Orange Beach, AL. You will find our condo to be very tastefully professionally decorated with everything you will need for a wonderful family trip to the Beach.
The Living Room opens onto the Large Balcony with the White Sandy Beaches and the Blue-Green waters of the Gulf of Mexico below. This room is furnished with a new comfortable sectional great for watching the 65 inch HD TV or just relaxing after a Big Day at the Beach.
The dining room is adjacent to the living area and has a Table with seating for 6 and a Breakfast Bar with seating for 4.
There is a fully stocked kitchen which also overlooks the Beautiful View. The kitchen has Granite Counter tops, Large Pantry, and Stainless Appliances. All small appliances are furnished so all you need to bring is your food.
The Master Bedroom which opens onto the Gulf Front Balcony has a Comfortable King Bed, 48 inch TV. This opens into a private Bathroom with Large Walk-in Closet, Double Vanities, Garden Tub, and separate Glass enclosed Shower.
The first Guest Room has a two Queen Beds, 40 inch TV.
The second Guest Room has a Queen Bed, 32 inch TV.
The Living room has a sleeper sofa comfortable for two.
There is a full size washer and dryer.
You will find our condo offers all you need as the Complex has free WiFi, beautifully landscaped outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, and fitness room.
Gas BBQ Grills are located next to the outdoor pool area.

Love this unit!!
My family and I have stayed in this unit the last 2 years and we absolutely love it! We will certainly be staying here again. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you could need! Also close to everything! Definitely will be back!

Gorgeous!!!
Our family has loved every minute at this condo. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Dedicated Parking is right outside the elevator along with the access to the beach, pool and grill. Couldn't ask for a cleaner, nicer, or more comfortable condo to stay at while on vacation. We will definitely be back. Thank Yall for everything!!!

Great Thanksgiving stay
My family of 7 very much enjoyed Thanksgiving week in the condo. Beds were very comfy, we all had plenty of room, and the weather was amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub and beaches were not as crowded as other spots. Thanks!

Beautifully updated unit and great floor plan! Gorgeous beachfront view on 12th/top floor. Very timely and responsive communication with owner. Will definitely stay here again, highly recommend!
