You'll never want to leave the beach once you stay in our beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 4 bath luxury condo! Walk into a magical experience as the decor is beautiful and the views are breathtaking! Your family will have a marvelous time creating memories. Our private and secluded balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico offers plenty of comfortable seating.
As you walk into this unit, you immediately are struck by the spectacular views from your family living area and Gulf Front that you will enjoy each and every day. This elegant 3 bedroom is a professionally decorated unit, and offers 1980 square feet of open floorplan for everyone to have more than enough space to spread out! This unit is much larger than other Phoenix properties and one of the few with a totally private balcony.
The gourmet kitchen will be sure to impress, offering professional -grade stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and custom cabinetry. The dining area features a wet bar with ice maker, making entertainment a breeze! This unit has luxury décor, space, and privacy for the entire family. You can enjoy both family time or a little private time when necessary.
With premium mattresses and luxury appointments in the bedrooms and bath, you'll definitely catch up on some much-needed rest and relaxation during your vacation. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and adjoining bath includes a jetted 2-person tub, separate walk-in shower, and vanity with two sinks.
The 2nd bedroom features 2 premium queen beds and adjoining full bath. The third bedroom offers another king bed with full bath! There is also a full bath conveniently located in the hall that comes equipped with a washer and dryer. This luxury condo includes sleeping accommodation for up to 8-10 people.
Play some tennis, go down to the lazy river, finish with a jacuzzi and just take it easy in your home at the Gulf! The complex is the Grand Oasis at Orange Beach formerly Phoenix West II - nicknamed the Grand due to its large outdoor recreational space, including the famous gulf-front lazy river with slide, the largest swimming pool in Orange Beach, the new expanded splash pad for toddlers, the new expanded grilling stations.
There is also the Olympic size indoor pool with its 4 jacuzzies in order to relax the muscles. The outdoor facilities include the tennis courts, PICKLEBALL courts, ping pong, basketball court, and lots of walking space with easy access to the beach. On the 15th floor, there is an extensive 6000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness complex that leads to 2 more jacuzzies and saunas.
Parking passes are $60 and are good for your entire stay. There is a maximum of 2 passes in the peak season. In the slow season you may purchase 3rd pass based on complex’s capacity. There is off-site overflow parking information available. Check-in time is 4pm, but you are welcome to enjoy the pool/beach until we let you know the unit is ready.

Policies
You will be financially responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your family during your stay.
Parking Passes - $60 purchased at front desk upon arrival. Not included in rental fees (Maximum of 2 cars). Overflow parking information is available.
The condo is considered a luxury unit in the Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West II) and family friendly. We only rent to the number of people that could comfortably fit in beds in our unit. We are unable to rent to groups of individuals under 25 years of age as prohibited by the complex. Generally early arrival is not available as we make every effort to do a comprehensive deep clean on turnover days, but every effort is made to reach the guest to notify if they can get in sooner than 4pm.
Upon arrival, you will need to purchase up to 2 parking passes for your stay and you will receive resort bracelets for your stay that will allow you to use all amenities. Children under 5 do not need to wear ID bracelets.

WOW! What a beautiful condo! Everything was perfect! We are already talking about the next trip. The condo had everything we needed! The view is absolutely beautiful. John was so easy to work with and answered any questions right away. Everyone slept well, so the beds were all very comfortable.(which is a big deal to us, we have found its hard to find places with good beds. lol we may be a little picky) We normally have to bring our Keurig coffee maker but they had one already as well as a regular coffee pot. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and towels. We LOVED our week in Orange Beach and LOVED the condo! Thank you so much for sharing it with us!

Fantastic Spring Break!
We loved every minute in Orange Beach and our stay at this beautiful condo! The view from the 27th floor is outstanding. The condo itself is clean, the decorations are modern and tasteful, and the kitchen is well stocked, which made it very easy to cook some of our meals in and pack lunches for the beach. Each of the 3 bedrooms was comfortable and exactly what we needed, nice that everyone had their own bathroom. The property is located near great restaurants and several shopping locations for all of your needs. John kept us well informed and had some great suggestions for things we could do locally with the kids, dolphin cruise and parasailing is a must do! Definitely created many lasting memories and hope to return again soon! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us John! Happy we were able to meet you as well.

Fabulous Condo!
This condo was great - it was well furnished, clean and neat. And it had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay, plus a spectacular view! We loved sitting on the porch watching the dolphins swim and the amazing sunsets. The added bonus was that the owners made the entire experience so easy - from booking to checking in and checking out...it was a breeze, and they were delightful!
