PARKING PERMITS: Parking permits are strictly enforced! When you pull up, you will meet security at the guard shack. You will advise them you are renting unit 2810. When let in you will need to park and go to the desk to purchase a parking pass. The condo has private parking garage for up to two vehicles at $45 per vehicle, per stay, and includes all required wrist bands for your group. There are luggage racks and carts in the main lobby entrance for you to load/unload that you can take up to the unit. Please return all carts to the main lobby immediately after unloading for other guests and do not leave in the unit.

NOTICE FROM HOA: Do not hang towels or other clothing items from balcony railing. Do not leave trash by the front door. Please put all trash in trash bags and dispose of at the trash chute. If the condo receives a fine which will be passed on to the guest.

MISC
-REFUNDS- Please be advised, no refunds or discounts will be given for mechanical failures, malfunctioning or closed amenities, or inclement weather.
-SMOKING- Renter and guests agrees not to smoke in the property (balcony included). Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 charge plus any additional cleaning costs and immediate removal from the property. This is a very strict HOA policy. There are three designated smoking areas on the property; (1) BBQ Area, (2) West side of building by dog park and (3) West side of building outside of Lazy River area.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT- Renter agrees if the home is in anyway damaged, they will be charged up to the maximum amount of the security deposit.

VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES May result in immediate termination of stay and prompt guest removal of the property without a refund.

If you need any assistance including housekeeping, maintenance or have questions regarding your reservation, please contact BOOKING via Messenger for fastest response.

· Leaving windows/doors open while the air conditioner is on will cause the smoke alarms to go off and the A/C to freeze up. To avoid a maintenance call and a possible extra charge please do not leave the window/doors open while the A/C unit is running!
· Please rinse sand from feet, clothes, beach towels, and beach items before entering the unit. Please dry off before entering and do not bring sandy items into the condo.
· Do not hang towels or other clothing items from balcony railing. The Condo will receive a fine which will be passed on to the renter.
· Do not sit or lay on furniture or beds with wet clothing. The chlorine and salt will bleach fabrics.

This is our home away from home, please treat it with the up most respect. Should you break any items, please report it immediately for we need to replace it for the next guest!

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
We will do everything possible to ensure your unit is ready by 4:00 p.m. We are committed to exceeding your expectations, but we ask that you please be patient if we are running behind during peak seasons. If the condo is ready prior to 4:00 p.m. we will message you and let you know.

START UP SUPPLIES PROVIDED

For your convenience, we supply you with basic unit amenities in the event you arrive late and can't stop on your way to the property. We provide travel size hand soap, bath soap, body wash, lotion , two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, single load laundry detergent, and a roll of paper towels. Please be advised that once you have gone through these items, you are responsible for replacing what you may need during the remainder of your stay. There is a coffee pot and a Keurig however guests must provide their own filters and coffee.

WIFI:
The WiFi information is stored in this listings profile. Once you are a confirmed guest, you have access to this information on the platform. It is also posted inside the condo.

DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS:
-Load and run dishwasher. Do not leave any dirty dishes in kitchen.
-We ask that you leave used beds unmade and that you do not strip linens.
-Remove all trash from unit.
