*A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations to cover administrative costs.

General Cancellations:

If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.

Special Circumstance Cancellations:
In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation.

I found The Phoenix 6, unit 512 extremely clean, cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our trip and the location was perfect for direct access to the beach, great seafood restaurants, super markets and boat rentals. I highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again.
