In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation.

This location is perfect! Right on the beach and restaurants and shops are very close by. The space is clean and accessible. We can wait to stay again!

I found The Phoenix 6, unit 512 extremely clean, cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our trip and the location was perfect for direct access to the beach, great seafood restaurants, super markets and boat rentals. I highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again.
