Located on the third floor of Phoenix on the Bay II, this is a very spacious 3 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom unit with a fully stocked kitchen, large living room, dining area, laundry room, and a wrap-around balcony that overlooks the bay and pool.
Adorn with playful and colorful décor this home is sure to put you in a cheerful mood!
The open concept living area has ample space and seating for your group to comfortably spread out; it also has a large flat screen tv, floor to ceiling windows, and a view of the bay & pool. The dining area has a table with seating for 6 and the bar has an additional 4 seats. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials. The wet bar is stocked with barware and an ice machine.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen tv, balcony access, and a large spa-like ensuite with double sinks, jetted tub, and huge walk-in shower with dual showerheads. The king guest suite has a king-sized bed, flat-screen tv, balcony access, and private ensuite with shower/tub combo. The second guest suite offers two full beds, flat-screen tv, balcony access, and a private bath with a shower/tub combo. There is an additional half bath conveniently located in the hall and a laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer.
Phoenix on the Bay II is a pet-friendly property*, has boat slips/docks, an indoor pool & hot tub, an outdoor pool with a lazy river and slide, a private beach area along the bay, and a rooftop tennis court!
*2 Dogs Max, must be registered with the front desk upon arrival. $100/per pet registration fee & $100/per pet refundable deposit due to property association at check-in. Restricted breeds include Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pitbulls, Huskies, German Shepards, and Ankita's.

Additional Property Information
Parking passes are required for each vehicle parked on the property. Passes are $34.97 (tax included) and are purchased from the front desk upon arrival. Boat slips are available upon request, prices vary based on size of the vessel. Boat trailer parking is available for $10/per day with prior arrangement.
Dogs are allowed (max 2) with certain breed restrictions. Property HOA requires all dogs be registered upon arrival and a colored proof of registration lead be purchased. Pet registration fee is $100/per dog and a $100 security deposit that will be refunded after check-out once lead is returned.

-No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.

We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection against unforeseen circumstances.
- Standard plan must be purchased within 30 days of arrival.
- Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) plan must be purchased within 14 days of initial payment. *CFAR is not available for stays occurring within 30 days of the booking date.
-*It is highly recommended that Travel Insurance be purchased as soon as the down payment is made.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Break
Dorenda, the property owner, was a pleasure to work with. She thought of everything to make this pet-friendly property feel like home. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are plentiful. The spacious accommodations are perfect for families. There is a calm, relaxed atmosphere that makes this the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful fall weather.

Immaculate spacious 3 bed /3.5bath unit with beautiful balcony view overlooking the pool, marina, and bay beyond. The owner is super kind and helpful. Our family and 3 grandkids loved it!

It was a "blessing" finding this home for our vacation

Young Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time at the pool and lazy river! The condo was very nice and our family of six had enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The beds are all very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to dine in and enjoy family game nights! There’s lots to do mini golf, shopping and lots of places with boat rentals! We are already looking forward to next years vacation at the condo! Thank you Dorenda for your hospitality ????

Best owner ever
Dorenda went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. You could not ask for a better person than Dorenda. The last night we were there the condo lost power around 8:30. I contacted Dorenda to see if there were anything special we had to do. She did text me back right away stating she will find out what happened. I did hear back from her about 5 minutes later. Then by 9:15 she arrived at the condo to check on us. Now this shows you what kind of host she is.
The condo was very clean, large and spacious enough for my family of 4 adults and 2 children. Beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom had their own bathroom plus a half bath in hallway.
We definitely will stay here again.
