From I-10, take exit 49 onto Baldwin Beach Express and travel 17.5 miles to turn left onto Foley
Beach Express. In 13 miles, turn left onto Alabama's Coastal Connection/ Canal Rd. In 4.7 miles Turn Right into the Parking lot!

● You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
● Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
● Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.

● We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.

● Upon arrival please check in with the front desk to purchase your parking pass, amenities bracelets, and register any pets.
● PETS ARE WELCOME with $150 Permit per pet
▸ Maximum of 2 pets allowed per stay
▸ Restricted Breeds: Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pitbull's, Huskies, German Shepard's, and Ankita's (Unless they are a vested and certified handicap canine).
▸ Must present proof of current rabies vaccination and flea and tick prevention.
▸ Refundable $100 Pet Deposit for guest pet leash per pet (Deposit is refunded when the leash is returned).
▸ An agent will be at the front desk between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
▸ If you arrive after 5:00 you may register the following morning.
▸ If you plan to depart prior to 9:00 you may return any pet leashes the night prior to departure.
● Parking passes are $55.00 per vehicle per stay.
▸ Guest must be 25 years old in order to obtain Parking Passes at the front desk lobby upon arrival.
▸ Parking is on a first come first serve basis.
▸ You may park in any open/unmarked space.
▸ Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.
▸ No RV's, trailer parking on-site.
▸ If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.
● TRASH CHUTES: located on each floor at the 8 stacks (approximately 3 units down from the elevators)
● NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
If a personal check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged a $30.00 fee and the amount levied by the bank for NSF charges.
Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance.
Guests are responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear and/or missing items. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, the amount will be deducted from your deposit.
Please verify: Arrival/departure dates Reserved accommodations and Rent amount due.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any nature. There is an inherent danger in balconies and pools, and we strongly urge you to watch your children closely on the balcony and the pool area.

General Cancellations:
If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee and any applicable credit card fees,*A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations to cover administrative costs.

If canceled due to COVID-19, we will offer a full refund, less the cancellation fee, if the beaches close or state travel restrictions prohibit the stay.

We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection for unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your travel. *Travel insurance is highly recommended*.

Christmas on the Bay
Visiting over the Christmas holidays, shortly after a hurricane,
access to the water was not possible. However we had great weather and spent hours enjoying the great view of the bay.
The condo is comfortable and nicely decorated. One suggestion: with the COVID situation we did a lot of cooking.
The utensils and some of the knives could use some attention.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo and would return.

Had a great time - very nice facility. Owners were very communicative. Extras: $30 parking, $100 per dog $100 deposit(refundable). There are dog areas on east/west side of the facility. Pier is under repair in late Nov. There is a little beach area and a lighthouse you can climb up.

Labor Day Weekend
Had a great time in Orange Beach! The owner went out of her way to be accommodating and was extremely helpful. The condo was well appointed, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Everything was extremely clean. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river too. Will definitely go back!

Sweet retreat
The property was clean and had extras that made me happy, like blow dryers, make up wipes, beach towels, umbrella, and chairs. The kurig could use updating but everything was fantastic. We enjoyed the small sand area near the dock and the kids loved the pool and lazy river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to stay.

It was our first time staying bayside and absolutely loved it!! Having really young kids it had everything we needed. Even a small sliver of beach to play on and we didn’t have to pack up and haul anything to the big beaches. Such stress relief!! The pools and lazy river are fantastic for everyone! This condo is in the perfect spot and clean and the owner is amazing at making sure we were taken care of all the way through check in. I don’t know if we’ll stay anywhere else when we go back!
