This lovely beachfront one bedroom one bathroom unit has recently been updated and is a must-see! It features tile throughout, granite countertops, new furniture, and of course gorgeous beach views from the 5th-floor balcony! This unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a twin over twin bunk in the hall. The spacious living room features a large flat screen tv and balcony access with direct beach/gulf views. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook up your family's favorite meals. The bathroom is conveniently located with access from the primary bedroom and the hall. Four Winds Condominium is a complete Non-Smoking Building. This includes No smoking on balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas (a designated smoking area is available on the left side of the building).

Policies

General Cancellations:
If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
Special Circumstance Cancellations:
In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation.
If canceled due to COVID-19, we will offer a full refund, less the cancellation fee, if the beaches close or state travel restrictions prohibit the stay.
*If the beaches are open and no travel restrictions are in place, the general Cancellation policy will apply.*
