Four Winds Condominium, #302, Orange Beach, AL is an outstanding condo and has installed new granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom.
We recently replaced most of the furniture including a new KS mattress and it now has a 65" TV. Four Winds is a low density condominium with 36 units so you will find it's quiet and not crowded and very relaxing.
Four Winds recently painted the entire building and parking lot plus doors are now fiberglass. At 723 sq ft it is one of the largest one bedrooms in Orange Beach and with a KS bed and sleeper sofa and bunk beds will comfortably sleep 6.
You will find that we keep the condo very clean so there is no worries when you check in! We don't allow Smoking in the condo or on the balcony. Condominium rules don't allow guest to have pets. BE AWARE THAT BEACH CHAIRS AND TENTS MUST BE REMOVED AT LEAST TWO HOURS AFTER SUNSET!!! A NEW RULE ON THE BEACH CALLED CLEAN ISLAND.ORG. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are for rent by Perdido Beach Service. The rate is on a sliding scale $30 per day-$50 for 2 days, $70 for 3 days, $85 for 4 days, $115 for 6 days and $120 for 7 days. This is for 2 chairs and an umbrella. Pick out a chair and use if the attendant is not on the premises. They service several condos. He will come by to collect. Their phone number is 251-981-4807.

I am a real estate broker who bought Four Winds with my decorator wife Danette in 2016. Since that time we have invested over $30k in renovations making our condo one of the best in Orange Beach. We love the small complex of only 36 units as everyone feels like it is family and quiet unlike the large complexes nearby. We moved to Gulf Shores in 2018 to better manage our properties, Danette does the cleaning and I take care of the maintenance personally. We are always available for our guests anytime something is needed or questions answered.
Enjoyed our relaxing week at this very nicely decorated condo. Clean, quiet and not crowded while we were there. Will definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival to the condo i wasn't sure it was the right place. Just happened to meet some elderly ladies in the parking lot and asked where the lobby was and they replied " you are standing in it" ???? we all had a great laugh. This was their second visit. So we proceeded to the elevator and room to find it just as the pictures posted. It very clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed the balcony on the beach. The view over the water was breathe taking.

We happened to book this condo during a very cold spell in the South. We never got to step foot on the beach because of the weather. However, we like to play board games and cards. And we feel very fortunate that if we didn't get to enjoy good weather, we did have a very nice, clean and comfortable condo to stay in. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Four Winds 302. The condo lived up to the description & pictures. It was the perfect amount of space for the 2 of us, and was equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and both bed & bath linens were excellent quality. Although we only prepared light breakfasts & snacks, the kitchen contains all you’d need to prepare full dinners or to bake a cake, cookies, etc. The balcony was a delight—comfortable, high-quality seating & a spectacular, unobstructed view of the Gulf. Contact with the owner was easy & efficient. Parking was a cinch. Grocery stores are super close. We would highly recommend Lulu’s in Gulf Shores & Playa in Orange Beach for excellent dinners. We would book 302 again without hesitation!

Some places we have stayed had the cheapest possible furniture, cooking utensils, etc. Not here. It was like being at home. Very enjoyable. One minor problem which was not the owner's fault. The elevator was damaged by hurricaine Sally. It only worked a couple of days out of the 10 we stayed. When this is fixed, we highly recommend this unit.

Our trip was cut short because of a governor’s Hurricane evacuation mandate. Despite that, our time we did spend there was very nice.
