Family Tides is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom pet friendly house on Cotton Bayou that sleeps 14 guests! Located in a quiet neighborhood this spacious home is fully equipped to host the whole family. With a huge living area on the main floor, feel free to entertain the family to a movie on the massive flat screen tv and ample seating or create a feast in the beautiful and modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully locked and loaded with stainless steel appliances, double-stacked ovens, wine fridge, seating for 6 at the bar and 8 at the dining table. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the main floor balcony or sit in the living room for an afternoon cocktail in front of the fireplace.
The master bedroom sits on the main floor; fit with a cozy king bed and full bathroom, with double vanity sinks, walk-in shower with a bench seat, and his and her closets. Two guests rooms join the master bedroom on the main floor along with another full bathroom. One guest room has double beds and the guest room has bunk beds, the full bathroom has a walk-in shower and full vanity sink.
Upstairs you'll find two more guest rooms, a full bathroom with a vanity sink and shower/tub combo. Downstairs you'll find arcade games, air hockey and bonus room with a queen pull out couch plus an additional full bathroom. Outside, you have a fully fenced in backyard for your furry friends, a grill, seating area, and fireplace. Enjoy your freshly caught dinner at the outdoor dining table. Don't forget to pack the boat and jet skis because this house boasts 2 covered boat slips with lifts and a cleaning station. The front of the house has a two car garage and plenty of parking space for your boat trailer.
