Please do not strip the bed linens or make the beds.
Please dispose of all garbage in the dumpsters on your way out (located across the parking lot in the wooden enclosure).
Please load the dishwasher and turn it on. You will be provided the dishwasher soap for the final cleaning of dishes in your starter kit.
Summer- please set thermostat to AC at 77; Winter- please set thermostat to heat at 60
During normal business hours, please lock the door and turn the keys in at the office. During after hours, please leave the keys in the white drop box by the office door. Lift lid to insert key. Check out time is by 10:00 am - No late check outs without prior approval, as we need time to clean the unit for arriving guests (Late C/O Fee:$100.00 per half hour (30 minutes) after 10:00am; after 12:00 noon, full daily rate applies).
Our cancellation policy does not provide refunds for unforeseen developments, such as illness, mandatory hurricane evacuations or similar events that can affect your stay. Beautiful beachfront condo!
We had a wonderful time at the beach staying in this beautiful condo. We had 3 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The views from the condo/balcony are stunning! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in the room. The AC broke one night during our stay (cause sometimes stuff just breaks), but one quick call, and they had it fixed in no time. Great location, walk-in go distance to some shops, and close to restaurants. We loved our time here, and can’t wait to go back!!

Great view nicely nestled within grocery shopping and restaurants.
Very clean nicely maintained 3 bedroom 2 bath with Walmart and Dollar General right across the street.

Best view!!
The condo was by far one of the best places we have stayed. We go every year and nothing has compared to this condo. All rooms have access to the wrap around deck, we were not expecting this so it was an added bonus, our kids loved that they had their own access. We’ve stayed in Gulf Shores several times but this was our first in Orange Beach, we will definitely be back!!

We have stayed at many units, but this was one of our favorites!
The wrap around balcony made this stay more enjoyable! The condo location was great and very convenient to restaurants and grocery. The condo decor was wonderful! If there was an option to purchase any of the furnishings, we would have spent the money. The grounds are well maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. The 24 hour security was an added safety bonus, although the area is safe to walk around. The keyless entry system is very convenient. The code is not easy to remember, but you can put it in your phone to for reference. The batteries stopped working and the alarm to the code pad went out. I called and someone was out to replace them in a quick amount of time. We will without a doubt, be returning sometime in the future. Great view, location, condo and communication! Thanks for a memorable stay! We will be back!

Lovely View from the 14th Floor
This is our second stay at Bluewater and rented this 14th floor east end unit. It was a well furnished condominium with an unexpected surprise...an second ice maker easily filling coolers for trips to the beach. We loved the view and the openness of the end unit. We enjoyed sunrises and dolphins throughout the week. Both the condo and complex were in great conditioned and we'll maintained. Enjoyed breakfast at Anot her Broken Egg and dinners at Lamberts, Moes BBQ, Lunas and the Cactus Cantina. All are terrific.

Great vacation!
My family has stayed in this unit a number of times. We love it. Clean and well kept. Wonderful views from the unit. We enjoy spending time on the large balcony. Good balcony furniture. The Bluewater complex is also well kept. We'll be back.

Fantastic view of the gulf.
This unit has the best view of the water and beach. The balcony is huge and being on the corner it allows for friends and family to join you. The unit was comfortable and I would have given it a 5 star if it wasn't for the mattress. It was hard as a rock and I prefer something on the soft side.
