This is ideal for boat owners who want the convenience of keeping their vessel right where they're staying. Unit 1009 does not have a designated boat slip but please inquire as we have a few we rent based on availability.

GETTING THERE:
Take exit 49 onto Baldwin Beach Express, in 12.7 miles turn left onto Foley Beach Express. In 12.9 miles turn left onto Alabama's Coastal Connection/ Canal Rd. in 2.9 miles turn right onto AL-161 S, then in 1.7 miles turn left on Perdido Beach Blvd and Bella Luna will be on the left. Parking Passes are purchased at the front desk for $50.00 per vehicle per stay. Max of 2 vehicles allowed. Prices are subject to change.

● Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
● Please be courteous and respectful of check-in time.
● Your door code will not be active prior to 4:00 PM.
● You must be 25 years of age to book condo.
● Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
● They must sign in at front desk and ID must match name on Rental Agreement and Check in Instructions.
● Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
● The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
▸ One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
▸ Bar of soap per bathroom
▸ One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
▸ One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
▸ Make-up removers per bathroom
▸ Single sized dish liquid
▸ Single sized dish washing detergent pack
▸ Single use laundry washing detergent
▸ Two large trash bags
▸ Small trash bag for each bathroom
▸ Roll of Paper towels
● Parking passes available ($50 each, max 2 vehicles).

● Guest access to pools, hot tubs, marina, and fitness center (sauna and steam included).
● NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
● Secure gated complex with private entry code.
● PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
▸ Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
▸ According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
▸ "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
If a personal check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged a $30.00 fee and the amount levied by the bank for NSF charges.
Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance.
Guests are responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear and/or missing items. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, the amount will be deducted from your deposit.
Please verify: Arrival/departure dates Reserved accommodations and Rent amount due.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any nature. There is an inherent danger in balconies and pools, and we strongly urge you to watch your children closely on the balcony and the pool area.
General Cancellations:
● If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
● If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
● No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
Special Circumstance Cancellations:
● In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
● A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation.
● If canceled due to COVID-19, we will offer a full refund, less the cancellation fee, if the beaches close or state travel restrictions prohibit the stay.
*If the beaches are open and no travel restrictions are in place, the general Cancellation policy will apply.*
● We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection for unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your travel. *Travel insurance is highly recommended*.
