About Roy and Susan Forson
After living all over the country, we have finally made lower Alabama our home! We have lived in Maryland, Michigan, Wyoming, and Tennessee. We are avid golfers and love scuba so Gulf Shores is a great fit for us. We live nearby in a local community and are dedicated to helping you and your family have a great vacation!
Roy and Susan Forson purchased this RV in 2020. We have been managing/renting condos in Gulf Shores since 2013.

Great Condo
Hibiscus Island at Sea Oats was the perfect condo for our group of 8. It was fully equipped with everything for our stay, had easy beach access, nice pools, was very clean and had a great patio that overlooked the pool. The owners were great to work with. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, budget friendly vacation getaway.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The condo was just as described and the pay it forward the guest do is great. The 9 of us had plenty of room. The condo is in a great location. We will definitely be back.

Amazing
First of all, Susan is amazing! She is so friendly and engaging! Any question or concern you may have is quickly answered. The condo is well equipped and comfortable. We were thrilled that beach closet had everything we needed for the pool and beach! We love the idea of the “pay it forward” shelf and keeping the condo stocked for newly arriving guest and left behind our unused and unopened items as well. We had a great time and will be back! What can I say but "AWESOME" This was our multiple time staying at Hibiscus Island. Condo was great well stocked as always. Susan is the most hospitable owner we have ever encountered in Gulf Shore / Orange Beach. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything. We are already booking for 2020.

Sea Oats I105
This was our first time in this condo have stayed in one similar but moved due ti it being sold. We loved this one just as much!!!! We love Roy and Susan always so helpful and take care of all our needs. The beach in the front and lagoon in the back makes it perfect. Beautiful sunsets on the lagoon. We also have our small dogs with us which means the world to us. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!!!!!
