Very Flexible, Easy to get a hold of. Looking for residual Snowbirds every year. We completely gutted condo October of 2022, spent over $40,000, new flooring, shiplap, all new quartzite countertops throughout, and cabinets, in kitchen, and bathrooms. New TV'S Cable, New furniture, Light fixtures, fans, pictures, Master Bathroom completely gutted and re-done, new bathtub/shower, new tile, mirrors and entry door.
