This updated Sundial condominium is very cozy. The coastal farmhouse decor is brand new and gives you the feeling that you are in your own home. There is a 50 inch flat screen SmartTV in the living room and flat screen TVs in all of the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts new quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The freezer has an icemaker. The entire building just received a facelift in 2019 with more improvements in 2024!
You will enjoy your time in this peaceful condo as there are only 24 units in the building so it is nice and quiet. The West side wrap around balcony is very spacious giving you a place to watch the surf and the dolphins play and a place to keep your beach chairs and other items. There is gated access to the pool and beach which ensures that only Sundial owners and guests have fantastic beach space! No crowding like the big complexes!! There is an elevator, but we are located on the first level right above the pool!
The location is ideal because it is just a mile and half from Hwy 59! Across the street you have the convenience of Waves Store, S & S Seafood, Island Ice Cream and The Beach House Restaurant. This unit is a little gem on West Beach! During the summer you can rent chair/umbrella set ups or use our chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for the kids!

*Please note that there is a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles for each unit at Sundial. Parking is tight so don't bring your huge truck or vehicle!!If you have a 3rd vehichle, it must be parked nearby. Off-site vehicle rates must be paid to the lot/business where car is parked. Contact Annette about these parking lots.
Convenience store across street with liquor store, seafood market, ice cream shop and restaurant in shopping center.
Pets are NOT allowed except for Sundial Owners.
Totally renovated with new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, quartz countertops, stone and tile walk in shower. Very comfortable and cozy condo. Kitchen has everything you need! Building siding updated 2019! More updates in 2022!

Highly recommend H1 & Mrs. Annette!!
We had a great time at Sundial! Mrs. Annette was amazing to work with. Renting was a super easy process. She promptly emailed back and answered any questions I asked before and during our rental weekend. The condo - H1 was clean, updated & beautifully decorated. "Steps the the beach" is right! Loved that it was beach front, overlooking the pool. No complaints - highly recommend!

Byrd Family Beach Vacay
We stayed 5 nights in this condo with our adult children and two small grand babies. The condo was nicely decorated with updated amenities. The key code didn’t work for us upon arrival but as soon as we reached out, Annette quickly opened the door for us. We loved the location! Short walk to the sandy beach and a grocery store & restaurant was just across the street! Annette had everything we needed for the beach and the kitchen and we appreciated the abundance of bath towels! Oh, and I LOVED the washer & dryer! She even has fans and/or noise machines in the bedrooms!
The only complaint for us was not having dependable WiFi. We reset the router constantly and often times that didn’t work. It hindered television watching and was an issue for our college student who needed it for an online class. The cell service for us (AT&T) was also pretty bad. Maybe due to so many people in the vicinity.
We enjoyed our beach vacay and would highly recommend this unit!

Spring Break 2021
I cannot say enough good comments about this condo. We were a family of 7 (2 adults and 5 teenagers). This place was perfect. The beach was amazing and the pool was awesome. I do wish I could afford to one a condo like this.
Annette (the owner) was helpful and accommodating. She quickly responded to any question or need we had.
We will definitely be back to enjoy the condo.
One thing I would change would be a memory foam mattress on king bed. Hahahahaha I do miss my mattress from home.

Amazing location and tons of updates!
I took my family of 5 and 1 friend down last August. Annette was amazing to communicate with. We had to change our dates due to Covid and school sports. She was very nice and flexible. We also decided to add a day to our stay and that was a simple phone call.
I was worried about having to hall chairs and umbrellas to the beach. She had EVERYTHING all there and organized. There were so many chairs, umbrellas, boards, toys and a wagon for the beach.
The wrap around porch was nice to have for all of the extra storage. The inside was beautiful! I was worried after looking at so many places that didn't look comfy. She has nice comfy furniture that we were able to be at comfortably with 6 of us. Having the 3rd bedroom was a must for us and saved some stress:)
I hope to make this our annual vacation spot. This was our second year in Gulf Shores and we plan on making this summer at Sundial H1 our 3rd.
Bonus to the ice cream shop across the street:)

Love this condo and area!
We loved staying in this complex and in this unit! Everything is updated in H1 and was so comfortable! We loved the balcony and how we had a place to keep all of the chairs without going through the condo! The boardwalk with the beach so close is very convenient. You don’t have to walk far at all to get to the beach. Plus the small store, restaurant, ice cream shop and seafood market across the street is so convenient. We also like how the complex is small and beach isn’t crowded.

Loved the short walk

My Happy Place
This condo is very cozy and beautifully remodeled. Just a few feet away from the beautiful beach. It is also right in the center of everything you need from shopping to restaurants. Highly recommend this place and will be revisiting soon!
